They are not a real estate agents, last 10 years business ,i have faced lots of financial issues and problems with lack of rent , no communication, no follow-ups . never again!!! I will not recommend them even my enemies!!!... Read more

Their management services were despicable, the staff and owners did not follow-up and did not take action on any basic requests. Their lack of ownership was disgusting as they did not deal with communal area disputes and they should be very embarrassed on their overall management services incompetence. 1 star is too high.... I don't think this is a genuine estate agent. Lack of response despite several phones calls. They have multiple properties on their own website and on rightmove indicated as available, however those properties have been letted out months ago.... Read more

My flat currently has water issues (which have reoccured for 3 years due to a boiler issue which was never fixed). It still has the same temporary heating as 3 years ago. The windows have moulded to create cold air coming into the flat. The flat is getting increasing mould. I have a pregnant girlfriend and it is having adverse effects on the baby. The company will not refund over payments. The building they manage has a ladybird infestation. They have taken over 3 years to move furniture and fit a new carpet which was promised before move in. The work they have done to the bath and bathroom window is not to an acceptable standard. The council may now get involved. I am having to pay £130 extra in electric to live in an unacceptable accommodation. AVOID RENTING.... Read more
