I rarely write Google reviews but we wanted to thank Chatterton Rees and the team as they were absolutely superb to deal with.
We dealt with Lee who was brilliant from initial contact through to helping after completion of the house purchase. To list out key points:
- super polite, friendly and at no point pushy in any way
- extremely responsive: from initial enquiry answered questions efficiently through the whole buying process
- helped with the conveyancing where needed and appropriately
- gave up large chunks of time over the weekends to accommodate viewings
- very straight up and did not try and mislead anyone
- absolute expert of Sunningdale area and super helpful
- provided documents swiftly during the sale process
- went above and beyond throughout
All round Lee was fantastic and I highly recommend using Chatterton Rees.

From start to finish selling through Chatterton Rees provided an extremely professional and positive experience. Both Lee and Ed were communicative and easy to reach at all times. Great care was taken to screen prospective buyers resulting in offers from a high percentage. Once an offer was accepted they then went above and beyond to ensure solicitors, vendors and buyers were kept fully informed at every stage. Can't recommend highly enough - we really couldn't have asked for more.

Chatterton Rees gave the most professional advice and guidance on pricing and selling my home. They had clearly done their research and knew the area well. They found me a buyer, who they checked had the financial ability to complete the purchase. They then continually chased the solicitors to ensure that the sale was kept to a tight timetable. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We decided to use Chatterton Rees to sell my father’s house after he passed away. Lee and Ed were really professional and gave us a lot of guidance throughout to fully explain the probate process. The house was sold within a week of us putting it on the market and Lee regularly kept in contact to keep us updated until we had officially completed!
I cannot recommend them enough!
