We bought our house via Newton Rowe, our sellers previous sale fell through and she then chose to swap to a new agent as she was uncomfortable with her previous agents scruples. Our seller definitely made the right choise, Paul at Newton Rowe was flexible and accommodating when we needed to move a viewing time, patient and understanding when we requested a third viewing before offering. Hazel was absolutely lovely to deal with, so friendly, helpful and proactive throughout the purchase period, she did everything possible to keep the purchase on track. I would have no hesitation what so ever in using Newton Rowe again in the future - although I do feel we are now in our longterm home - so it might be in another 30 years or so! Highly recommended.

Paul's friendly approach at the start of the engagement and customer collaboration (letting me have huge say in the brochure, for example) and Hazel's always on the ball updates and pro-activity made me feel in safe hands. I enlisted the services of Newton Rowe as my second agent as I was keen to identify why my property was not converting to a sale elsewhere. Paul had a look at the original listing and identified two aspects that, in his opinion, weren't quite hitting the mark. One aspect was an error in the Rightmove parameters that meant the original listing wouldn't appear in certain searches... a significant find which potentially opened up more of the searches in the new Newton Rowe listing.
Secondly, the professional photos elsewhere (whilst still good) were upstaged by Paul's spectacular efforts as he has trained to conduct the photography himself. You get a much better showcasing when the Founder is personally taking the marketing shots!
Hazel was communicative and tenacious in helping steer the transaction across the line and it was pleasing that any inevitable challenges during conveyancing were already presented to me with accompanying solutions.

Thanks to their excellent expertise, experience and competence, Hazel and Paul at Newton Rowe in Windlesham have recently sold our house in Ascot. I only wish I had contacted them earlier and not wasted 12 weeks of precious selling time with another BIG estate agent in Chobham (begins with W ends in S…please avoid!)
Within ONE week of our house being listed with Newton Rowe, we had a buyer! It just shows that you shouldn’t automatically assume you’ll receive a higher level and quality of service from a larger agent…in fact, we experienced the opposite.
From start to finish, Hazel and Paul were very friendly, honest, extremely efficient in their responses to us and most importantly, pro-active in selling our house. Hazel gave us great advice on how to improve the house, Paul took fantastic photos and they both gave us relevant and valuable feedback after viewings.
Even though we placed our property with them during what has been the busiest few months due to the SDH, we still received a personalised service and we definitely felt valued as a client. These are two important factors: their service is second to none.

Here is a company that punches way above its weight. Newton and Rowe were recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. Paul and his team have experience and local knowledge in spades and are competent, conscientious and thorough. From a sellers point of view, it's not just about getting a good offer for your property, it's important to get the right buyer who is most likely to follow through with the purchase.
This was forensically researched in my case with a successful conclusion. Buying/selling your house is one of the most stressful things to do, but with Newton and Rowe on your side it will be a much smoother process.

How I wish I had used Newton Rowe from the start! After marketing with other agencies, with unsatisfactory results, I discovered Newton Rowe. From that point forward, the house selling journey was the best I could wish for. Paul and Hazel were incredible, selecting high quality viewers who were always in a position to proceed. They were immediately at the end of the phone or email whenever I contacted them, and guided me through the whole process right up to the point that the sale on my property had completed and I was in my new property. There were many stressful moments in the chain leading up to exchange and completion, and paul and Hazel worked tirelessly to keep everything on track and communicate all that was happening, and to keep me calm! I have just sold a property in Windlesham through Newton Rowe. Unlike previous agents operating in the area, I found dealing with Paul Rowe to be far more relaxing and conducive to maintaining good relations.
None of the pushy attitude, self-gratification, empty promises and hot air I experienced with a previous agent I mistakenly commissioned, but a rather more calm and measured approach, with realistic expectations and no promises that can't be realised.
As an example, I found Paul's colleagues from a prior company he worked with to be more likely to blow his trumpet than he would ever do himself! A rare trait for an estate agent and much appreciated.
Paul always has time to discuss your sale or purchase and it's quickly clearly apparent that he knows the market exceptionally well.
I must also not forget to mention Hazel Porter, his trusty elegant sidekick, who would always be the charming and efficient person you'd like to show around your potential buyers or chat on the phone about opportunities and updates.

With my elderly Mother sustaining a second fall in two months and her subsequent move into full-time residential care, the decision was made to put the family home, of 49 years, on the market.
Having not lived in the village for some 30 years, I had no idea who to turn to in terms of an Estate Agent to help me secure a successful sale. I Googled and two agents appeared at the top of my ‘search’ and it turned out only one of those still existed in the village! I duly contacted Newton Rowe, spoke to Paul and secured a meeting at Mums house. He came armed with property details, price guides and market appraisals from properties previously sold in the road to help me understand where to ‘pitch’ our home. He showed great knowledge of the Windlesham property market, brought me up to speed with relevant local information pertinent to the sale, but most importantly, he showed great interest and commitment in listing Mums property and supporting me through the process. I felt immediate confidence that appointing Newton Rowe was the right course of action.
Throughout the three weeks it took to secure an offer and subsequently through to completion, Paul and Hazel were excellent with their communication and keeping me informed of developments.
