This company has been great in selling our house. Musa our agent had been phenomenal! We sold our house while living in California. Musa was professional, efficient and always kept us updated.
Every other day Musa was in contact with us in regards to updates. Our house sold a lot quicker than we anticipated and for more than what other agents valued our house at.
Unfortunately we do not have any more houses to sell. IF we did, Musa and Blueprint would be THE only company we would choose.

Prior to coming across Blueprint properties I had multiple stressful experiences trying to sell my property through other varies estate agents. I was recommended to speak to Mohamed (managing director) by a friend who had great experience with him letting a property through the agency. I was NOT disappointed! Mohamed was extremely helpful through out the process and made it very easy for me to understand the stages to selling my property, he worked very closely with me and gave me regular updates. The process was quick and easy with no difficulties. I will be recommending him and his services to a few of my friends who are currently looking to sell/rent. I would also like to mention the rest of the team (Erdi, James, Musa and Mohamed) were very helpful and welcoming on my first encounter. Amazing service and a great team!

I was struggling with moving home due to the fact I don’t understand much about it all. I had googled estate agents and came across blueprints & Co. I decided to visit their office in Edmonton and I have never been more impressed. I felt very welcomed, everyone looked and behaved extremely professional. I gave never seen such a clean environment! I have met a few estate agents in my search for a property in London. Blueprints & co properties of Edmonton has been one of the better ones, and I have particularly enjoyed viewing houses with Mohamed Abow.
He is extremely professional and genuinely wants you to find the right property.
Despite my fussiness, he hasn't lost interest and given up showing me properties.
He has also been patient with my work schedule and has shown me properties later than most other estate agents would do.
