Today i expericed one of disrespectfull fone conversation with manager of this place ,i have requested to vi3w a property at this estate agency,they told me to leave my contact and will get back to me but never did and then i start calling them back 4 5 times and keep telling me that they will call back and today i called with private number and they answerd my call and i told them why do you tell me that you going yo call back but never ,so at the end the property has been sold and i have not raised my voice or got angry i just told them that its not fair in what tbey are doing telling ppl lies ,and told them they shpuld improve there costumer service and the manager i spoke was like blaa bla bla and closed the fone then i called back and i told him how rude he is and he said that i was shouting at him why should shout and yell ,

Although there were some delays in this process this was not down to the agency and beyond their control. I believe that the agent communicated well at all times. Anytime i called i was always greeted kindly, patiently, and professionally. They saw the sale through as promised and we are due to complete next week. I appreciate all the kind attention shown to us by Mark Alexander and his team. A pleasure to speak with and would not have wanted anyone else dealing with us on this sale. I dont think anyone could have supported us better through this process.
