We can't thank Knights Estate Agents enough, especially Stephanie and the branch manager Dino, for their help in acquiring our new home. We tried several other means previously to find or secure a house, but it was very difficult, until Stephanie went out of her way to see us through.
Stephanie was supportive right from the start, helping us through each stage of what can often be an extremely complicated and time-consuming house-buying process in the UK. Similarly helpful was Dino, the branch manager, and together they did indeed work as a fabulous team, at all times ready to help see us through the inevitable little problems that occur with a major transaction like this.
It wasn't a smooth purchase, and along the way, there were some unexpected hurdles, but Stephanie and Dino were always there to advise, sort out any intricacies, and push things onward. Their expertise, patience, and professionalism made all the difference.
We couldn't have asked for a better team to support us in purchasing our home, and we highly recommend Knights Estate Agents for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

Update added on 30.09.2024. I recieved a update email regarding the failure in service and the reasons behind it together with a apology. I also informed the deciding factor was the percentage in fee being charged. Following there retention skills, and attempts I will give the buisness another chance in the near future. I have increased one star more to reflect this action. I was impressed with the email from Resit. I think the loss in the buisness on this occasion is due to directors not the staff. I was instructing this firm to list a property for sale. However, they were not transparent about how low they could bring the fee down too 1 percent. There calling answering speed is very very good, however, there email response time is slow and needed chaser calls.
However, if the firm applies improvements could become a better firm but I have given it 2-3 stars for now.
Hope they improve in the near future. We could do buisness in the future.

I needed to sell my house and after doing research around the area I came across Knights which were the only estate agents with 5 stars and I can see why.
We dealt with Resit who was professional, knowledgable and enthusiastic - he did a fantastic job in selling our house and guided us through the process. He was personable and proactive by giving me regular updates and even told me when to expect not to hear anything and how long for. There were a few hiccups along the way but Resit amazing with solving various problems.
When dealing with other estate agents previously I felt like I was being passed around from colleague to colleague but at Knights we dealt with Resit personally which was reassuring and when Resit was on leave, the team were able to step in and give us an update.
Compared to previous experiences with other estate agents Knights did fantastic! Thank you Resit and team Knights!

My property sale experience with Knights Residential Edmonton was excellent from start to finish.
Due to the nature of the sale, I was required to interact with different individuals across the agency at various stages of the transaction, all of whom handled my sale with professionalism and consideration.
Each agent had up-to-date, accurate information about my sale, which provided helpful continuity and prevented my having to re-provide information again and again, something I had regularly experienced with other agencies, and so was wary of. Information was communicated to me in a clear, timely manner, and I was always made aware of my obligations, estimated time-frames, and other relevant updates.
Ultimately, the purpose of my engaging Knights was the sale of my property, and when the initial buyer pulled out of the sale due to complications out of their control, Knights were able to find a new buyer within weeks, achieving an excellent sale price.
Special thanks to Stephanie, George, and Dino, all of whom made what could have been an extremely stressful experience, quite the opposite, due to their consistent care and competence.

What can I say about Knights? to say I was alittle skeptical is an understatement but from the moment I met Resit, he arrived at the property very well propered with other properties with information and pictures in the area to give me examples of what our property would go for. Definitely a 5 star agency, their EAs are professional, honest and trustworthy. Hats off to Resit who has been great to work with. He is always honest with my enquiries regarding the property, not afraid to disclose issues related to the house, laid out pros & cons if going ahead. I’m a first time buyer so negotiating the price is difficult but I feel Resit doesn’t only work for the sellers but care for us buyers as well. I explained my situation and budget range, he managed to find a perfect house ticking all my requirements, Resit asked me to promise not to pull out. I kept my promise and he kept his, even my mortgage application took longer than expected, even everyone knows I’m desperate to move in before Xmas. All the way to exchange and complete, no price changes from the seller and it has been a very smooth journey. Buying is stressful and the least you want is extra pressure from EA/seller while dealing with mortgage and legals. I fully recommend Knights to everyone reading this, they are fantastic and saved me lots of time and energy. I would definitely use them again if ever save enough to upsize :)

While in the search of a suitable property that I could call home, I faced a lot of challenges as a first-time buyer. After viewing 15-20 properties through multiple estate agents and having several offers rejected over a period of 2 months, I felt tired and exasperated. I then realised that I had overlooked Knights Residential when registering my details with estate agents in the area. I gave them a call and George Paphitis answered. What a game changer. Within a week, he had found a property that he thought would be suitable for me. Upon viewing the property, I quickly realised that George was right — on his first try! I put an offer in, and after some brief negotiations, my offer was accepted. I subsequently encountered a few hiccups with solicitors that had been recommended to me by friends. George and his colleagues at Knights were patient and understanding during this time. Moreover, they even recommended suitable solicitors who processed the legal side of things smoothly. Buying a property is stressful enough without having to deal with these kinds of headaches, do yourself a favour and go with Knights Residential, I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Initially I was dealing with Dino, who's really passionate and was just fantastic throughout the entire process. Knights have arranged a great photographer to take amazing pictures of the house, a day of viewings with loads of prospective buyers - all whilst I was abroad on holiday. Honestly our process took 11 months from start to finish and these guys esp Dino (Boss) took on our stress, and helped us, explaining each process, advising reassuring and most importantly hanging onto our buyer from the start.
They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very experienced in the market of buying & selling. Every prediction was spot on and we were treated like we were their family. Words cannot explain these people’s dedication & respect to their customers, even when we made grave mistakes in our house choices & unsuccessful house offers. Seriously I don’t normally write reviews but I Can’t express how professional and thorough the service is at Knights estate agents. Absolutely clinical precision at every step. Genuinely a very friendly team that made my experience with renting my flat so smooth. I needed to change my double glazing windows, my technicians let me down by stalling. So when I instructed Stephanie at knights I had a quote in 2 days and completion in 5 days AND it was around £300 cheaper than the window technician that was meant to be a family friend. They were also able to fix a light switch fitting in two days for me. They basically take care of everything and they got me a higher rent rate than my previous letting agent. Trust me you won’t be let down whether you are a tenant or a landlord!

Whatever obstacles came along, there was no guessing as to what had happened. Dino was always upfront and able to provide us with answers to our many questions asked of him. He was fully contactable every step of the way. His colleagues Resh and George were very efficient in passing on all the messages to call us back. We always received calls back the same day, on occasions, within the hour. We can't say enough good things about Knights as a company as there's only so much we can write. We are recommending then to everyone we meet. Their attention to detail was also first class. I don't believe that if they were acting for their own relatives they would have provided a better service. Dino initially came and valued my flat in October 2020 but I wasn’t ready to sell at the time. He was informative and not ‘too sales-y’. When I was ready to put my place on the market in January 2021 it was a smooth process with covid safety protocols. The photos were great, and the listing did the place justice.
Resit arranged and conducted all the viewings and effectively communicated the feedback from prospective buyers.
I have since recommended Knights to a friend who is now selling though them, and would not hesitate to recommend them again for those in the area.

Top service and highly recommend KNIGHTS! Couldn't ask for a more friendly and professional team. Guided us through the whole process, no question was too much ( and there were a lot) got a fantastic rate and feel really confident they will look after our tenants as well as they looked after us. The only agency I would use in London now.

We appointed Knights to sell my parents’ property, and they were definitely the right choice. We had a buyer in less than a week of the property being listed on the market. Dino and his team were fantastic through the entire process. Inevitably, we had a few hiccups along the way with solicitors, but Dino was super helpful and made an incredibly stressful process somewhat bearable. Definitely recommend!

Bottom line: If Dino and Knights are part of your consideration for buying or selling, you are in very good hands.
When the time came for us to sell the house we'd transformed over three years, we wanted absolutely top end money in a somewhat tough economic market. To make sure we chose the right estate agents, we interviewed 5 different firms in the area and popular online estate agents. Some were discounted for rolling up with the traditional greasy estate agent who obviously low-balled their estimates to ensure that they would look good, by "over achieving" at the end of the sale - not for us. The online estate agents were very slow to engage, didn't really know the area and had no network to sell to by word of mouth. To say "I cover London, I know the market well" just illustrates that the online estate agents have a long way to go before they understand the nuances of the smaller areas in London.
Dino from Knights is a genuinely helpful and enthusiastic person. He understood the level of work we put into our house, he took on-board our aim, what we needed, why we were selling and worked with us to achieve it - Giving sound and logical advice along the way.
He personally came round and we spent a sunny afternoon taking pictures - which were almost too good! (some included in the review).
In the end, the listing went live on a Friday afternoon and was under offer by the Saturday - we accepted the offer within 5% of our asking price. Dino managed to achieve selling a 2 bed end of terrace, on Nightingale road in N9 for £385,000 in August 2018 - this is 10% above the top end price at the time. - Sold through Dino's network rather than through the listing might I add!
This particular buyer was difficult, their solicitor was a slow moving nightmare - and the pressure was on to exchange and complete for the buyers, very tight, non-negotiable, deadline. Dino pulled pulled out all the stops to get this over the line (Including sitting in the buyers solicitors office for an afternoon to ensure paperwork was signed).
Even on the other side of the transaction, Dino's reputation meant that he was able to talk with the estate agents managing the house we were buying, which was in very high demand, helping us present as a more credible offer than the others.
If you are looking for a pragmatic & modern estate agent, where the commission feels like it's well worth paying (even when compared with cheaper online estate agents) - this is the place to come. I have recommended him personally to my friends, I will continue to do so and I hope I have cause to do business with Dino & Knights in the future!

I’ve been browsing for a property online and saw this 3 bedroom house which I’m looking for. I requested to view the property and was amazed how quickly the agent at Knight’s Residential in Edmonton Green replied to my query and even offered me another property to view.
I am extremely grateful to Gizem my agent and Dino the manager. The amount of support I have received from them was phenomenal and very professional. They have helped me and my family to find a place that is comfortable to live with.

We're often advised to support local businesses and now I see why, thanks to Knights Edmonton! I walked into Knights in Edmonton Green and was welcomed in by Dino and his friendly team. Dino has been professional and yet offered a personal service from the offset - I have been made to feel that my house and my vision of becoming a new landlord was as important to the team as it is for me, and you don't seem to find that level of care just anywhere. My house has been successfully let within a very speedy timeframe of less than 6 weeks. I can honestly say it is a pleasure and assurance to know that Dino and his team are letting my house.
