We chose Blundells primarily because they were the only one's prepared to make an effort to make their diaries to match ours. Olivia was the first to see us and presented a very compelling case to use their services. Our primary contact after this time was with Janet. She was fantastic, being friendly, efficient, and very professional. She worked diligently to sell the house, and then, if anything, even more so once we had a sale. On the odd occasion that I had to deal with other staff members I found them all to be friendly and helpful, and they work very well together as a very cohesive team. Having moved house a few times over the years estate agents were never too high on my 'likes' list. I have to say however that dealing with Blundells in Dronfield has genuinely been a breath of fresh air and they have been superb from start to finish. A great experience! I have used Blundells Dronfield to buy and sell in the past and took out my first mortgage with their help. It was that time again to do the dreaded remortgage , possibly a minefield !
