When our original buyer withdrew, Ben swiftly secured us a new offer within a week. As we encountered further hurdles, we were fortunate to have Ben negotiating on our behalf, ensuring the progression of the sale. Initially, when selecting an estate agent, we primarily considered the initial offer stage. However, in hindsight, we now realise that they play a crucial role throughout the entire process. So it's important to have the right person by your side. His constant availability to offer insights and guidance proved invaluable during the stressful times, which reduced a lot of the anxiety around the sale. I cannot recommend Ben highly enough.

There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family!
