31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Redbrik chesterfield were very good compared to the previous estate agents. The bungalow was a probate sale and the buyer paid approx 20k less than the valuation however that was my choice to accept the offer as the executor of the property. Communication from Redbrik was excellent and they were very helpful and timely with responses to queries. I wish I had used them first.

They went about the task quietly and efficiently and did the best job imo to find the ideal person to relove my humble abode of 26 yrs. Well done all involved?? Informing me regularly, I am sure I could not have found a better estate agent anywhere

Have got everything done really quickly, we have bought and sold through them. Photos looked great & the people showing us around houses were really knowledgeable and approachable. Felt like they gave good advice when we were selling ours The only thing I’m not too keen on is their Securemove scheme where you pay £600 when your offer is accepted for the searches, which are subsequently duplicated by the solicitors, but not much you can do about it if you want to buy through them.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
