I have sold and purchased many if houses with Blundells in the last 20 years...I've asked them to value my home in sadly a separation...understandingly they have explained with covid the cannot personally inspect the property but happy to give an on line valuation...I've sent them photos etc..so they can give an valuation
..for months I've been asking for this Months...telephone and emails with promises but still nothing...I now feel sadly Blundells aren't about looking after that faithful customer but sadly feel it's all about what they earn...I'm deeply saddened to be writing this review.

Avoid at all costs. After my mum had months of waiting for call backs that never happened, poor communication, and terrible professionalism doing it all by herself she sadly passed away unexpectedly. The house would have been sold a few weeks before she passed if it wasn't for the staff losing paper work and a lack of communication on their part aswell as their terrible advice for their own conveyancing service (which I would also avoid). I cannot express enough how terrible the service has been and the feeling of them needing to keep the ball rolling after she passed so they could get their share of the money at the end.

I recently purchased a property during the COVID pandemic. It was a nightmare and elements were delayed. However, Liz the estate agent I dealt with at Blundells was absolutely brilliant. She constantly pushed the solicitors from both sides for information, she rang me on a regular basis to give me an update and she explained the whole process really well. I would 100% go back to Liz at Blundells for future assistance. Thanks to Liz I now have my keys to my new home.

Blundells Woodseats provided me with the best customer service I have ever received from start to finish. Richard came out to the property to value it at the beginning of the process and was very professional. Once I had chosen Blundells as my estate agent, they were heads and shoulders above the the other two companies who valued the property, I was looked after by Chloe. I cannot praise this lady highly enough for the way that she has conducted the sale of my property. She has chased the buyer and the solicitors on both sides relentlessly to ensure the completion of the sale and has kept me informed at a level above and beyond the expectation for an estate agent throughout the entire process (I'm pretty sure she was doing my solicitor's job at times). I can't thank her enough - she helped keep me sane over a very difficult and arduous 4 months of selling a property.

We had a great experience buying our first home with Blundells. Everyone was very helpful but Chloe in particular helped us along all the way. We also used Tim for our mortgage who we would definitely recommend.. he was very reassuring and knowledgable and went the extra mile to help us with any problems we had.

I cannot credit the team at Blundells enough, from start to finish with regards to renting a property, Helen & the team where absolutely
fantastic they made sure everything was dealt with regards to setting up the agreement to making sure the property was ready to move into on the date that was agreed, there has been no hassles or disappointing issues after moving in, I would recommend Blundells in Hillsborough to anyone that is wanting to rent or buy !
