Just wanted to post our appreciation of a recent Sale made by Sophie Huckle at Boydens Colchester. It’s not every day that one sells a property and when you do there are many hurdles to cross. Communication between Solicitors appears to be a particular large hurdle and on our sale this proved to be the case. With anxious and troubled purchasers dismayed at the lack of progress it was Sophie who kept the parties sharing information, was able to calm the Buyers down and kept us up to date with progress. She was the catalyst that ensured the sale got to completion on the day it was supposed to. 5 ???? to Sophie for her efforts as she showed that getting a sale is only part of the story and her efforts afterwards made a great difference.
