I have had my house managed by Boydens for 14 years by the letting department. Overall it has been a positive experience. With regards to the maintenance department, Nina has always been very attentive, helpful and professional. She is quick to respond to queries and concerns and helpful regarding sorting out any issues. She is very prompt at organising inspections and quotes for works as well as organising contractors for us.
