Keep away from these guys! I have been messed around buy them during my whole tenancy, the admin team are very disorganized and inefficient. Be carefull, they will find a way of charging you extra money without any reason. In my case they ended up charging me for extra days after I had left the property and took ages to return my deposit. My advice, don't touch them even with a barge pole!... Read more

Absolutely fantastic! Great communication skills and managed to sell out house ( that had been with another Braintree estate agent)for 3 months! Also bought from them. Can not fault the team. Can simply not fault Boydens Braintree. Jules, Becki and Bryony were so professional and continuously kept communication links open. They sold our property within days that another agent had had for 11 weeks. We also bought a property they were selling and they really went that extra mile, to support us with a smooth move. I found Jules and the team excellent. I have bought and sold many properties over time and found Braintree Boydens more efficient than any. Not once did I have to chase up progress...they kept me fully informed and really pushed on my behalf when the conveyancing process stalled at times. Whilst they were professional at all times they also injected a bit of humour along the way so they were very easy to talk to during what can sometimes be a stressful wait. Terrible experience renting through Boydens. We moved out a year ago and have just had an electric bill, we have just been told Boydens gave them the incorrect final reading and did not inform them another tenant would be moving in. Would steer well clear!... Read more
