Libby helped me search for a bungalow for my Mother to be nearer to me. She was patient whilst I looked around and answered all my questions that she could. Those she couldnt Libby came back to me the following day with the answers.<br>Over the following week she kept me informed as to what was and would be happening and liaised with the owners with any other queries.<br>Thoroughly professional and extremely supportive and understanding. I have been in business with Boydens since 2019. Purchased and sold my property with their assistance. They are very professional and helpful with lots of contacts. I would like to highlight Libby's hard work at the Colchester branch. This young lady is always fast in response and keen to help. She is happy to answer questions at anytime even if that takes her extra time on her computer after office hours. Her and the team's professionalism will make me remaining their client in the future.

Everything about the service has been excellent. I’ve now been living in my apartment for two years, and I can confidently say that I’ve had the best time here.<br><br>I haven’t experienced any major issues during my time at the apartment, which is also a testament to the landlord. Whenever I have had an issue and reported it, however, it has always been addressed and resolved promptly.<br><br>I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for their next home. The level of communication, professionalism, and customer service has been excellent throughout my experience.
