From our first interactions with Russell and Justine we felt like we were being treated with respect, honesty and diligence.
We are glad we went with an independent as compared to previous experiences, the attention our sale received was far more personal.
The photos and video tour quality was first rate and we sold our house within one day for a price that was exactly what we wanted.
I cannot recommend Brix highly enough.

Very personalised experience with exceptional advise and direction. The targeted Marketing exposure across social channels was paramount in the sale of our property during a period where selling has been tough. Having used other agents with previous sales I don't recall this addition exposure - probably because there was none.
All the collateral produced by Brix was outstanding in comparison to others I've seen and made our property stand out from the rest.

We used Brix to Sell our home on Sandy Lane in Cobham - simply 1st Class.
Having tried the traditional route with a big brand high street estate agency without success in Autumn 2017, we decided to try something different and turned to Brix in early 2018.
We were attracted to their modern digital approach and their energy and desire to work with their clients to get the right result. We have no regrets in making that decision. Russell and Justine have been simply fabulous. They found a buyer for our home in 3 weeks!
The marketing has been first class from the 3D internal scan and fly through to the super-high quality brochures and photography, we can't fault it. But perhaps most impressive has been the level of communication and the willingness to go the extra mile to get the sale over the line. This has simply been 1st class.
We can't thank them enough for their help and we wish them all the success they deserve as they build Brix from strength to strength. Have no fear in appointing them to sell your property - probably the best decision you'll make this year - Brix is relatively new to the market but Russell and Justine bring a wealth of experience and that invaluable can-do attitude you want in your agent.
