We recently sold my parents family home having lost our Dad. We chose the Cobham branch of Knight Frank initially because we felt their evaluation was fair, very informative and we didn’t get a feeling of oversell just knowledge and professionalism. George Pratt and the team could not have been nicer and more helpful. The house sold very quickly but due to a number of reasons outside their control the sale took a while longer and was little more complicated than it should have been George was constantly on the case and keeping us informed of what was happening. At a time that was very emotional for us George took the strain which was both reassuring and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Knight Frank and would definitely use them again.
