Adele Nokes was the agent handling the sale. Adele was always available to help in a calm and professional manner until the sale was finalised. She was always our point of reference and responded quickly and courteously to my numerous emails many of which must have sometimes been very annoying. I would highly recommend the Martin Flashman Weybridge team for both rentals and sales.

Even Kate the Manager was always on the end of a phone (or Keyboard) to answer any questions and if she or her staff didn't know the answer, they got on the phone and found out. However throughout the process we received good advice on pricing and market conditions together regular progress reports. The service we received from all the W&S staff in the Horsley office and particularly Chloe was excellent.

22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Recently purchased in Leatherhead via Patrick Gardner. A great experience as a buyer, led by Frank and supported by other colleagues throughout the viewing process. Clear and regular communication throughout, which made the purchase side of things very smooth and stress free for us during a tricky and often difficult chain beneath us. Would certainly use Patrick Gardner again when the time comes, and would highly recommended. A nice touch of a card and flowers upon collecting the keys to our new home. Thanks again to Frank and the team.

In particular Serena who was my main contact. Really well informed about the local area and she took a lot of time to really understand what I am looking for. Friendly and helpful and excellent at staying in regular contact without pressuring me. Would definitely want to use her again when I resume my search next year.
