Davies Property Management have managed my property for 20 years. I have had excellent service, reliable, knowledgeable and consistant. Dave Jones, Head of Property Management, has been outstanding in helping me and has taken the responsibility for a property that I now have problems in visiting. Dave has dealt with difficult situations and tenants ensuring that the property is well maintained and meets all legal standards required. I cannot recommend Dave enough and the service he provides to ensure your property is well looked after, especially as the regulations governing Landlords ever increase. Dave and his team go the extra mile! Turning to Mike Wallis , Davies Bespoke/Davies Property Partners, who handled the sale of my property. I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star.
