TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL staff did a wonderful job selling the house of our much loved Aunt whilst we waited for probate.
Good advice all the way and really knew their market.
Even Kate the Manager was always on the end of a phone (or Keyboard) to answer any questions and if she or her staff didn't know the answer, they got on the phone and found out.

Our working relationship with Curchods began in 2014 when we purchased our property through them. We found them to be friendly and efficient through the purchase process. When it came to selling the property we chose them out of 3 other local agents, because they proposed the most accurate market price and the strongest marketing plan.
Upon marketing the property Neil & the team were all extremely professional and got the property onto the market and under offer quickly. At this point we moved away from the area, then the market cooled off due to Brexit uncertainly and unfortunately the buyers withdrew from the transaction. The Curchods team were extremely helpful through this difficult time and facilitated renting the property through their lettings department. Following our move away, we always felt like we could fully rely on Curchods to be the trusted guardians of our property.
Several years later, we then decided to sell the property and Curchods coordinated the transition from letting to selling very smoothly. Neil and Patrick always went above and beyond to offer expert advice on the market, timings and price point. Throughout the sale process we dealt mostly with Patrick, who we would say is an exceptionally good agent - he has a natural ability to make tough conversations easy and he always found a way to resolve any challenge calmly, whilst keeping both the buyer and seller happy. Furthermore, it was a real bonus to have Lisa dedicated to sales progression, we found her to be extremely efficient, friendly, helpful and genuinely caring.
In summary we had an 8 year relationship with the Curchods team, so we experienced the full cycle of their service, from purchase to letting and ultimately selling. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Curchods as the number 1 choice for anyone looking to buy, let or sell a property in the area. They are simply head and shoulders above any other estate agents we’ve ever had dealings with.

From start to finish my experience was first class. Curchods really know the property around Cobham. Neil the Valuer was so comfortable to deal with, like talking to an old friend, and spot on with his valuation. No price inflating to try and win business.
From putting it on the market the whole team worked as one, keeping me fully in the picture and giving frequent updates. Messages were always passed on, and requests for call back we’re followed through quickly. I dealt mostly with Lisa who was just lovely, could not have been better, nothing was too much trouble, and very empathetic. Patrick was very professional, giving me good advice. Debbie followed through very efficiently with all the paperwork.

Neil and the team kept us updated throughout and put up with us even when things got stressful! I also felt we got just the same level of excellent service even though our property was at the lower to middle end of the Cobham spectrum.
There are many estate agents in Cobham and, after meeting Neil, our gut feel was to go with Curchods. Very pleased we did. An all round good experience.

Patrick Dobson at Curchods was very helpful throughout our protracted search for a new home in the Cobham area. He was always responsive to questions and responded professionally to the failure of our first purchase (the sellers changed their mind abruptly) and then to the unique challenges presented by the pandemic. We have now finally completed our purchase and were able to progress the process very quickly once our offer was accepted, thanks in part to Patrick’s excellent communication with us and also his clients. The office team at Curchods are also very efficient and friendly - Debbie Kent deserves a special mention for acting as de facto nanny to our small son while we did numerous home viewings earlier in the year.
