Appalling service from Bromwich Hardy especially from both Matt Booth & Dawn Cooper. When trying to resolve severe issues raised with Matt, then taken on by Dawn due to lack of contact, a complete failure in customer service and resolution of issues. Shocked to find that a senior partner in the firm and Matts boss... when we'd raised our concerns on the service we had been delivered, i was bombarded with blame for their failings, taking no onus on a situation of clear service failing... with no fault taken from their side. I would recommend that Dawn has classes in conflict management as she was either having a really bad monday or needs some serious work on her customer sevice skills. Sincerely disappointed with this business. As a local Coventrian of over 31 years I have never felt so shocked by a local business or their attitude towards others. Shameful behaviour and I will be waving the red flag in front of as many local contacts as possible. ???????????????? STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS... Read more

Super disappointing experience trying to put an offer in for a commercial property with this estate agent. I even drove to their offices to formally introduce myself and discuss proceedings. No-one was able to assist. I then got an email from Mr Bromwich himself, and to quote, he expressed that his firm would not engage in conversation with me until we had supplied full sets of ID and credit checks, a written offer, business accounts for the last 3yrs and more. At this point I said I wouldn't take my enquiry any further due to the nature of the email I received. Mr Bromwich then (childishly) implied that I must be unable to provide the details required to warrant my response. As it happens, not getting the unit offered by Bromwich & Hardy ended up being the best thing for us, as days later we had an offer accepted elsewhere (an offer that we made after these events occurred) for a unit twice the size with better facilities, in a better location, albeit more expensive and naturally requiring a larger deposit. We have just completed on this unit and are now in the process of renovating the property to suit our usage, which ultimately benefits the landlord too. The current state of the market allows estate agents to almost pick and choose their prospective tenants for property they are acting as agents for, however if I was a landlord looking to secure a tenant, I wouldn't use nor recommend Bromwich & Hardy to represent as an agent.
