After the frustration of dealing with the chains, I found a gem in the Wandsworth and Clapham areas. I dealt with Philip Bullman directly, and found him to be a consummate professional, with an deep knowledge base. With over three years tenancy through his agency, I was always dealt with in an extremely professional manner, and Mr Bullman's hands on attitude was the icing on the cake. He is also extremely well connected and his network of fellow professionals make business with Bullman Booth a pleasure I can recommend him or his agency to any would be tenant, as well as property owners wanting to rent out their properties. you won't find a better agent in that area, in my opinion... Frisco C.....Long time happy tenant! I first met Philip Bullman about 8 years ago when he showed us a great flat on Harbut Road. Unlike most of the agents I've dealt with, I found him to be quite helpful, upfront and easy going, without ever being pushy or too salesy (don't you hate it when they tell you about the million applicants that have already made an offer on the place and to get in quickly?!). When I moved into another flat managed by them, they had the decency to waive their admin fees and generally made the changeover process (deposits, check-in/out etc) as easy as possible. This sense of decency and helpfulness also carries through to the team at Bullman Booth. Little things such as letting my cleaners pick up the key from them each week, always checking with me first before entering the property and getting a new boiler installed without my having to request it. In those 8 years, I have only had to go to Bullman Booth about 3 or 4 times re serious issues such as a leaking ceiling from the above apartment. On those occasions, they were brilliant. They acted immediately, gave me updates regularly without me ever having to chase them for one and most importantly, got the issue resolved quickly with minimal fuss. For any busy Londoners wanting one less hassle and a reliable service, I would definitely recommend Bullman Booth.... Read more

Steer clear of this agency, the staff were incompetent (tried to charge one housemate twice when she moved in, told us the wrong move-out dates and rent amounts) and then walked out when we challenged their quotes for damages when we vacated the property. I had to speak to the owner as the girl I was dealing with had left and no-one had been looking over her records. They also quoted laughable prices to fix items that were not even mentioned in the independently conducted inventory reports. This is now with the dispute service. I would never rent with such an amateur company again.... Read more
