Extremely poor communication and customer service. Feels like they’re doing a favor by answering calls or replying. 3 good locations and they are still empty. Considering my past making multiple businesses to earn triple, not too sure if it’s the landlord or the agent being greedy and coming up with some bright ideas to give out 5 years lease without the right to renew. Asked to meet the landlord as I could not get through and made a complaint but since then the attitude changed. Nice gentleman is Mr David but I think he’s got too much on his plate. Ben and staff at Burley Browne were very efficient in helping me in selling my warehouse. Ben was in constant contact with any developments. Within less then 7 days of our warehouse going onto the market we had over 15 interested buyers. We had our first 15 viewings arranged in one day. By this time we had another 13 viewings arranged for the following week. This is a testament on the quality of professional buyers on their list and effective adverting. The deadline was set for final bids. Out of 25+ viewings we had over 15 offers. Ben checked out all the offers and he advised which bidder had the correct funding in place. Absolute shocking service. Called up at start of the week (Monday) to enquire about a commercial property, the lady took my details and said she would send particulars. I had heard nothing by Wednesday afternoon so I called them no apology nothing. I’ve sent two messages to Richard on his mobile requesting a viewing nothing. Today I get an email 5 days later just showing me properties. Personally if that was my property that was sitting empty and I knew someone was interested in viewing it and the people I put in charge of getting me a tenant wasn’t even responding to them I’d want my fees back. Useless wouldn’t touch them with anything of mine.... Read more

Absolutely appalling, expect an absolute poor service from this estate agent company. When I went to view the property the estate agent was rude and whenever I asked him any questions his answer was 'I don't know'. The estate agent was poor in his communication with me in regards to my application for a property, he was hard to get a hold of and never returned my calls.
