We recently purchased our forever home from Aston Knowles and they were hands down the best agents we dealt with during our search. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly and knowledgable. Gail, Vicky, Sophie and Gemma were our main contacts and despite tricky sale on our end of the chain where our sale fell through, we couldn't ask for more from them! Always ready to answer any questions and although we were buyers we felt they were our advocates and incredibly respectful, whilst working to the seller's best interests. If we did ever need to sell/buy again we wouldn't hesitate to use Aston Knowles!
After we had moved in, Aston Knowles was still on hand to give advice on local gardeners we may need in the future. Once again, we could not ask for more! Thank you Aston Knowles team!

Very Poor Service - Even worse when you ring the one of the Directors to complain!
We registered with Aston Knowles as cash buyers, we have in excess of £2.5m to spend, we are willing to do work, even knock down and rebuild if needs be, we do not need to sell our house. So in my eyes we are the ideal buyers for someone looking to sell. What we expected from Aston Knowles was to simply let us know of any houses coming to the market place, either prior to listing or when listed. Anyway, having trusted Aston Knowles with our details, we sat back and waited for our ideal home to come market, we. Having took a glancery look online over the weekend we noticed a property listed with Aston Knowles that fitted our requirements. We rang to arrange a viewing to be told we were too late last viewing were 2 days earlier and final offers were due that day, they flatly refused to let us view the house. I then rang back and asked why we didn’t get a call on the property as we were registered with them only to be told the client requested not to contact people on there books only to list on Rightmove? Really!, What a pathetic excuse for them failing to do there job properly. I’m on your books I have cash, I have nothing to sell, just call me? Just for the records the house was listed with the Sutton Coldfield branch! PS when people ring to cpmalin, don't overtalk them, don't insult them with silly excuses, take ownership for your mistake and apologise...
