After making an offer on a property, the staff did not even try getting back to me to indicate if my offer had been accepted or to come back with a higher offer for their clients. I did all the chasing because they were too bone idle to get a maximum return for their client. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing, just a bunch of lazy receptionists who are out of their comfort zone. I feel sorry for their clients, who are paying this company to get the best possible values for their properties.....little do they know that they are just sitting about and not even trying for them.....total Shame and waste.

Claire was really helpful but it was just before lockdown and somehow with closing the office and then working from home my partners property got removed from the system and so wasnt available!!
