This company is a no sale no fee but the fee was excellent value for money.
Very professional and kept me up to date on enquiries to view.
When offer was received and accepted Alison was amazing helping through the whole sale.

Excellent Service!
We used Caley and Kulin twice now and both times they have been absolutely excellent to work with! They are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile.
Alison our Sales Progression Manager was fantastic the whole way through the process. She was able to communicate all the way up the chain and give us timely updates on what was going on. I cannot fault the service from Alison and the whole team! Would definitely recommend!

Not impressed with this agency. The agent could not answer any questions about the property and was obviously unprepared. I later contacted the office with a query and was told they would ring me back. No one did. Three more calls had the same unanswered result. I contacted Mark and he told me he would contact me the same day. A week later I gave up. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend them at all. Very frustrating being ignored.
