Caley and Kulin are the best estate agents we have ever used. They are open 7 days a week so are always available if needed. All the staff are very professional and friendly. We always feel like we are important to them and that they want to help us. Brilliant photos and advertising. An asking price offer was received in less than 2 weeks! Amazing!

C&K were brilliant throughout our house sale, we used them for both the purchase and sale of the property. They were so enthusiastic throughout and kept pushing through what was quite a complicated sale. Without their enthusiasm it may well not have gone through. From start to finish, the whole team were very professional, efficient & really pleasant to deal with. In particular, Dan, Lauren & especially Alison were excellent. Not impressed with this agency. The agent could not answer any questions about the property and was obviously unprepared. I later contacted the office with a query and was told they would ring me back. No one did. Three more calls had the same unanswered result. I contacted Mark and he told me he would contact me the same day. A week later I gave up. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend them at all. Very frustrating being ignored.

Best estate agent I have ever known! Fantastic friendly and professional service throughout the whole process of both my sale and purchase. Every member of staff are amazing and Alison in particular was extremely helpful with sales progression and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Excellent value for money too. Definitely recommend.
