We had a frustrating experience with one of the agents called Chris in this company. At first, he was clear that the present house tenants were going to move on a certain period of time and so we gave a holding deposit to keep the property. Eventually, day by day, it was hard to keep in touch with him, and even the company, as no one was answering their office phone. A couple of phone calls finally though saying yes we are just waiting for the date. But, it took almost a month of negotiating for a final move in date but it did not happen, no follow up done. The agent returned the deposit ONE WEEK prior to potential move in date. how annoying!! He could have returned much earlier than giving us false hopes if he felt like the present tenants are quite unclear!!... Read more
