I went to look at several properties listed with Carter Towler. Clem was amazing and I was so happy he was our point of contact. Clem’s professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm made what can be a stressful time trying to find the right property a pleasant and positive experience. Clem showed interest in our business and every property we viewed; Clem had great energy and shared his thoughts and ideas on what we could do with each property to get the most potential for our business. I found Clem to be very reliable, approachable and easy to talk to. He would always reply to my calls and emails in a timely manner and always kept me up to date with the process and next steps etc…. Normally brilliant and the company have been brilliant to work with for the past nine years! However this year on a number of occasions my partner and I were messed about so much by James Jackson who in our opinion acted so unprofessional that it lost the contract. Everyone else three are great to work with. Sorry James but you know how awful you were when dealing with me and my partner. Initially I wanted to complain but I don't like bring vindictive. Through my experience keep all contact through emails because these service charges you pay, they ain’t no service, I’ve had nothing but problems left right & centre regarding electricity water & rent, there has been a point in 5 years of being there I was paying for two properties in electric & water & im livid I’m refusing on signing another contract because every email you send doesn’t seem sink in, you may as talk to a wall, so keep those emails in evidence... Spent 3 weeks contacting this company trying to get details of a property they were advertising 'for sale'. Called every day for the first week and numerous times during the second and third week. Emailed people in the company and each time I was told, one person was out and the other was in a meeting. Eventually got a call back to say the property was sold. Appalling level of customer care.
