The older chap - the surveyor, a real dinosaur, will talk down to you, down value and tyre kick your property, quite disrespectful, come on man just retire - you clearly have had enough. You've filled your boots, and you are a long time dead, so try and smile, enjoy life and relax a little.

Spent 3 weeks contacting this company trying to get details of a property they were advertising 'for sale'. Called every day for the first week and numerous times during the second and third week. Emailed people in the company and each time I was told, one person was out and the other was in a meeting. Eventually got a call back to say the property was sold.
Appalling level of customer care.
I would not recommend this company

Very high pressure sales techniques that skirt the line between what is or isn't kosher. Avoid if you are a vendor with any moral compass.
