Park Lane have been great. They offered me a viewing of the property, which was 3 hours after I phoned them! Being a 1st time renter, they have supported me with answering so many questions, not one bit of bother. Walked me through the process step by step and supported me in thinking about all my different options. Email replies within 5 minutes at times, they've been great. Its been more than year since i rented an apartment through Parklane and had really very good support through out all the time. Excellent team and good support. After hearing feedbacks from my friends about other agencies through which they have rented out looks like i am in far better position and in good hands in terms of getting support and transparency about all stuffs. Apart from ongoing as usual support, recently went through contract renewal of my apartment and it was again excellent support from Mr Sennon De Silva. Got our first apartment in leeds city center with parklane. Overall a much easier experience that we'd anticipated. Viewing was booked easily, Charlotte who met me on site was very nice and understanding, showed us a second apartment slightly above budget that ended up being the one. The reference process with her and Ben was quite quick and easy, everything was online and well managed. Afterwards getting our keys and documents with Sennon also went very well, very courteous by email and in person, explained everything very well and got us started. We used Parklane to rent a property in the city centre between 2021 and 2024. We dealt with multiple staff members before, during and after the tenancy. (Charlotte, Charlie and Sennon) There were a few minor issues throughout the tenancy but these were as you'd expect in a rental property and would normally be dealt with fairly swiftly. Communication was normally pretty good and staff were friendly and helpful. We had absolutely no issues with any of the admin before or after the tenancy.
