Due to bad customer services I moved from one of the large commercial estate agent to CCl Property to gain a hands on personal service which they have provided. I have found them most helpful ,easy to communicate with , they have put me in the right direction to obtain funding and been able to answer all my questions in relation to marketing of my business . I would recommend these guys with out hesitation

Extremely poor communication, not once did we receive any calls/feedback from selling agent, always had to chase them up for everything, only feedback received was once we had given notice to agent (& even that I had to call for) property for sale was commercial,potential purchasers not vetted financially, so most if not all were not in any position to be able to purchase as no financing in place.Viewers also complained to us with regard to very poor communication from CCL office, very happy to take your money, but no real return, would not recommend/rate CCL Property at all.

a real hard working team that took a great interest in selling my property. I had been with another agent for three years before moving to ccl., with no interest being shown by them beyond listing the property on their website. However when moving to ccl David and his team had lined up a buyer within 7 months of registering with them!!. Cannot praise them enough and I would certainly recommend to anyone selling property. I would have no hesitation in using them again. Thank you so much for finding a buyer for my hotel:)

The value of my property had been considerably played down by another agent who succeeded not only in making the property seem worthless, but also ridiculing me for considering it to be marketable at all!
CCL could not have been more different! They valued the property at 33% higher than the first agency and they were excited and enthusiastic about achieving more. Within two weeks they had arranged and set up an extraordinary number of viewings and within a month have received three notes of interest through solicitors. All indications are that a price well in excess of the asking price will be achieved.
Staff contact and communication is excellent and the whole process has been made as painless as possible. I am very grateful to CCL Property and do not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I couldn't recommend CCL highly enough. From the moment they took on my property they were extremely helpful and friendly. Always having time to answer questions and always going the extra mile to ensure I had as little stress as possible during the time my property was on the market. They even got a good tenant and managed the renting of my property whilst it was waiting to be sold, do I was covering costs whilst it was empty. I was very pleased with the final selling price they achieved too. Their service was excellent and I would definitely recommend CCL to anyone trying to rent or sell a property

I sold my flat with CCL in March 2016 very quickly and efficiently. The people who work there are so nice and the standards of advertising/photography are very high. Plus, even at unusual hours, there is someone who will answer the phone. They are definitely the best Estate Agents I have used to sell/buy and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I would like to thank David and his team at CCL property Elgin for their dedication and hard work selling my home in a professional, well tailored and honest approach. It was a hard decision choosing the correct property company to sell my home with and my instinct at first was to use the local firm in my area but after hearing bad reviews through word of mouth I decided to look elsewhere. CCL was recommended to me by a friend and they were definitely not a disappointment. After looking at the property market in my area I noticed that the majority of homes were on the market for six months and above from other sellers.....however CCL sold my home in four days!! Careful marketing to prospective buyers and a lovely professional presentation of my home certainly put my mind at ease. Thanks to the team again, great service!

Just had to take the opportunity of saying what a great team CCL are! They say on their website that "...we put the person behind it all right at the heart of what we do...". That's certainly what they do. Would have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact already have, to quite a few people. If it wasn't for the usual amount of nervous tension brought about by the selling/buying process you could almost say its a pleasure (i did say almost), but credit to CCL for making us feel that way. They were actually recommended to my wife and i and we have certainly not been disappointed with the excellent service provided. Best wishes to them all.

CCL do not "hard sell". After an initial consultation and a home visit, our personal circumstances changed and we decided to put the sale of our Guest House on hold for a while. CCL accepted this without question, offering support and useful suggestions, without any pressure for us to commit.
What a refreshing change to find a company with a human touch, who clearly understand that every customer has individual needs!
When the time comes for us to sell, we will certainly use CCL Property and will recommend them to others.
