I got confirmation by email two times to view the property.
The first time, the date was fixed but the time I mentioned in the reply email was because I had a childcare issue and they said they would let me the specific time. I had to arrange so many things for the specific date. But they didn’t inform me anything.
The second time, I got confirmation by email again to view the property in a very short period notice. Still, I wanted to view it as I need a flat. As soon as I received the email, I called to move the time 1 hour further after my work and the guy answered that he would confirm me in the morning. Till now no response.
Wasted my 2 weeks as well as the amount of pressure I had from them to compete it was crazy.
I wonder how they still operating and running this estate agent. Worst experience ever!! Customer service is awful and they are definitely irresponsible.
Very disappointed.

Thugs for hire, landlords hire them to intimidate tenants. Scum of the earth.
Update:
They changed their name from Century21 probably coz of all the negative impact they left. In their reply they try to distance themselves from the original agency. But I reviewed the original agency before they changed their name. They complain about negative impact on “innocent” parties lol what about u sending ur huge handymen to threaten the tenants? Or when u shutdown the electricity to intimidate the tenants? And only returning it after the electricity company threatened legal action against ur thugs. Or when u left the house without running water for two weeks? Innocent indeed. Nothing more than thugs for hire by landlords to abuse, threaten, intimidate, and take advantage of tenants. The house was finally labeled unsuitable for habitat by the council. No wonder u changed ur name. If u want to avoid negative reviews then stop ur thuggery, apologize, rebuild ur reputation as honest ppl and move on.

Worse than ever. Never listen to the tenants if any problem. Problem in the house water leaking called many times email as well but did not took any action. Finally stopped paying rent for few months than they sent someone to fix

Customer service is awful.
I got confirmation by email as attached copy to view the property. I was just on the way to view the property, I received call from office just 10 - 15 min before, they said we don't have keys.When i mentioned i received confirmation email, the guy said, THESE KIND OF EMAIL WE SEND TO EVERYBODY. Such a time WASTERS.
I have seen this kind of SERVICE for the first time.
Very disappointed.

Century 21 , the place you must go if u need to rent or buy a new house , the house you dream about , I can’t explain how great the service has been there . Many thanks to Mr. Ashjar who helped me find the perfect house. He was always there when you needed something . I was looking for a house for about 2 months and couldn’t get nothing due to the lack of other agencies or agents from different companies .With Mr. Ashjar I sorted everything out in a week time .

I had to search for a house just before the lockdown period for covid-19 and I browsed online and found Century 21. They were very helpful in finding a apartment as per my requirement even during the crisis time. Though they had to do some follow ups with landlord they made sure they do everything clean even working from home. Much recommended !!!!!!!
