Dont rent with these guys and landlords be aware. They never inform the landlord of issues when they arise, you end up thinking the landlord is bad . But they just dont want to deal with conflicts and side with the landlord. Don’t believe anybody with so many positive reviews, obviously more than 50% are fake reviews

Over a month of my experience served by this letting agent, I assure you that it has been fantastic so far. One of their Agent: Rameez, masyaAllah, this brother is so Amanah, the man of his word, super honest, responsive, and thrilled to help. Of course there has been delay for some essential stuffs, but it was out of his control.
Overall, I am satisfied so far. I will see and evaluate the review regularly then update the rate accordingly. And for Rameez, you deserve 5 stars brother. BarakAllahu Fiik ????????

They will ask for you to review within a few days of signing up with them. As a landlord using their service these guys are complete waste of time and money. They charge you management fee every month but do not do a pennys worth of work. Be careful when signing any contract with them. Also take the deposit from the tenant as these guys will not reiumburse you for any damage tenants deposit do. They let a tenant damage my property didn’t reimburse me even after chasing a number of times. The tenant left damaged property leaving me with a few hundred quids work. Useless lying people

Professional and pro-active estate agents. Got my property Let agreed within hours of being uploaded to the market. Extremely fast and responsive to all the queries I had in relation to the landlord and tenant responsibilities. Dealt with Rameez in particular who was really helpful and easy to approach. Would definitely recommend them as one of the best agents I have experienced.

Having phoned for a valuation I was told to expect a call back later that day FRI.
I had to call on Monday and arrange for the valuation. Explaining I needed to travel up from Southend to Barking. I arrived at the property 45 mins early and no one arrived. when my husband called to complain he was told by the person on the phone that he was in London on family business !
I had received no communication ,wasted my journey time and my working day. if they can't arrive for a valuation I wouldn't trust them with the SALE of my property

All these positive reviews are a joke, this is why I don't trust Google reviews. Or maybe they're for a different part of the company, I don't know. Anyway, my experience as a renter doing a showing through them was, um, bad - the agent didn't greet us, didn't seem to be well-informed, was rude, impatient, and seemed abrupt and annoyed with the customers (me and a couple of families) for no clear reason. I guess the one nice thing I can say is the actual apartment was quite nice.
