A nice estate agents. Unfortunately their valuations tend to be on the high side, so properties take much longer to sell. Their approach appears to be to get anyone who can be persuaded to view the property to come for a viewing. That looks good on paper, but it results in a lot of disturbance for the seller's household with very little return. I would recommend them but only after requesting a more realistic sale figure and asking them to ensure that the prospects are interested in your type of house (e.g. no viewers that are after a semi detached if your property is terraced). After 3 months with them, we moved to another agent with a more realistic valuation and our property was sold within a few weeks.... Read more
