I have been blown away by the service I received from Chris at Charles Rose. I umm’d & aah’d for the best part of 2 years before finally biting the bullet to put my beloved little flat on the market. Chris didn’t seem to mind this at all, and when the time came, his professionalism, kindness and friendliness was just the same as the first visit many months before.
Through every, single stage, nothing was too much trouble. Chris (or Goz in his absence) was always on hand to answer questions, give guidance and sometimes, just a little bit of moral support…! I cannot speak more highly and I feel forever grateful to have had the most hardworking, professional and dedicated person metaphorically holding my hand through what was a very stressful time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Charles Rose & use them again in the future. ????????

Given that this is up there as one of the most stressful things you will do, I would urge anyone selling their home to choose Charles Rose. Throughout the process, Goz was personable, professional and conscientious. He ensured in the initial stages that We were happy with every aspect before placing the property on the market, did an excellent job at the viewings stage, securing a fast sale at the desired price. When considering an agent, don’t just think about the initial sale but the after sales as well.This is where Charles Rose stand out from the others. Having experienced another agents after sales with our purchase, I can honestly say you won’t get better service than with Charles Rose. This sale was particularly challenging with copious problems within the chain, causing a lot of delays and uncertainty, at one point looking to become a failed sale, but Goz went out of his way to assist and was always understanding of the frustration, upset and anxieties we were experiencing. He went over and above to obtain updates on the situation for us. Communication was second to none, continuously in contact with us, nothing ever seemed too much trouble. I can’t thank Goz enough for all his hard work on this sale and with his support we finally got to completion! So if you are reading this to assist you in choosing an agent , stop reading now and call Charles Rose, you won’t regret it. Fantastic, start to finish!

From the offset Chris was fantastic. From valuing the property to getting it on the market. He’s so approachable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my house. Special mention to Goz who was also fab. I would 100% recommend Charles Rose to anyone looking to sell their property. Great service all round.

You better hope they don't want the house for themselves!
Please believe this isn't a case of sour grapes, but we are shocked at the service we have come learn we had. We placed a bid on a property that went to "full and final bid" with only two parties bidding on a property, we offered a bid we thought was just. We lost out, these things happen. Our family lives in the village in question and we have since learnt the agent who shows us around the house, won the biding, suspect to start with....... we have now learnt from the land registry website the house sold for £10,000 less than what we offered. For context 2.9% of the sale value. Shocking service. I hope Charles Rose contact me to discuss.
