Pretty decent experience for a high street estate agent. Agreed a fixed fee at the start which was lower than a competitor. Friendly agency who market the house well on the internet sites.

However might as well go down the sell your own house right these days. It will be much cheaper and you can probably do a better job of selling your own house to prospective buyers. I only had one viewer and it sold so tbh not really as if they bring people to view.
