As a landlord having let properties on and off for over 10 years we have always used a management service but our experience with Gary and especially Sandra has been by far the most superior service we have ever received. Sandra's Communication has been excellent, proactive, personable, smart, knowledgeable and with a willingness to go the extra mile (without being asked too), managing challenges professionally and only engaging us when necessary has been fundamental to our great experience. I can honestly say it is the first time I have truly felt like I am receiving value from a lettings managed service. We have just sold the property through Charles Rose and again we have received the same excellent experience..

It was a bitter sweet feeling for us moving house and leaving Charles Rose, especially Sandra. She single handedly made our renting experience such a positive one. There was never an issue that went unresolved. Sandra was ALWAYS on hand to answer any of my stupid questions, night or day. She’s the most personable, funny, knowledgeable and kind hearted woman I’ve ever met. Every issue raised was sorted immediately and she kept us in the loop, always. Thank you for everything you ever did for us Sandra, from the bottom of our hearts. I will forever be grateful for all of the support you gave us. You’re the best!
We will miss you dearly!

Can't speak as a vendor but as a buyer I have recently been impressed with Charles Rose EAs, specifically Chris Valentini. Chris showed us around a few houses and was the EA on the house we have ended up buying. His communication was great, and whilst I experienced him as 100% advocating for his vendors, he was also supportive and helpful to us as buyers. Would highly recommend, and we would definitely consider going through him and Charles Rose if we ever choose to sell here in the future.
