After a lot of research in finding the right agent to represent us, we couldn’t have been more impressed by SBK. The advice we received was realistic but with hopeful optimism, and not just what we wanted to hear. Andrew knows the business inside out and his years of experience were clear to see. The costs were competitive and for the level of service and I believe worth every penny. The photographer used was exceptional and a true professional. We met Sophie who would be conducting the viewings on the property to show her around before the viewings, her enthusiasm was great, and we knew she would be the best person for the job. Once the sale had been agreed, Norma took over the dealings in sales progression, she was considerate to us as people and not just another sale to deal with. I've rented with SBK Leamington branch for 4 years now and they have been fantastic. Prompt responses on issues no matter how minor and quick resolution of them with access to good quality work people. Great communication and very personable and respectful. And when our house sale fell through and we were facing homelessness they agreed to extend our let for a few weeks at very short notice even though there was plenty of interest in the property. They've single handedly changed my opinion of estate agents! which I didn't think was possible after some horrific experiences at the hands of the likes of Connells. Thank you so much!

Thank you to Sheldon Bosley Knight, that we have to pay for Council when we already moved from flat. We had to move because of coronavirus, we didn't get deposit, i agreed. We cancelled all our bills and Council, they cancelled our payments, then agency contact them, that we moved few weeks later then we moved. Flat was in better condition than we moved, walls was painted and carpet were cleaned. Agency never had problems with me and my partner.

Once you contact them forget that you born as a human being. You are an object. they dont care what issues their flat causes because they lied to you from the very start. 10 out of 10 customer of theirs hates them! 5 star reviews probably bought and far away from the true. Most unfriendly agency I ever met. Keep away from them! Seriously! They made my lifetime shorter by a year that is for sure.
When I said I can show the issues of this flat they did not care. They only taking care of their wallet. Skip their advertisements!

In a nutshell, their sales tactics are to massively overvalue your property, to the tune of about 10-15% more than any other agent, in order to get you excited, just so that you sign up with them.
Then 3-4 months later, after it hasn’t sold, they will tell you to drop your asking price. This is all premeditated from the outset, dishonest.

I am extremely impressed by SBK Leamington Spa, the entire lettings process has been wonderfully smooth and all interactions with SBK’s Marc & Faye have been an absolute pleasure! I cannot recommend them highly enough (and I qualify that statement by personal experience of other managing Agents)
Having a property to let, I had arranged back to back meetings to review the services of 6 different local managing agents so that I could compare and contrast their service offerings.
After conducting meetings with all of my chosen Agents, I was absolutely resolute on selecting SBK Leamington Spa to let and manage my property after meeting with Marc & Faye!
Not only were Marc and Faye incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough and flexible - but they were also extremely warm and friendly people, approachable, helpful and most importantly, proactive.
I engaged SBK ?at 10:00?AM and by midday the property was photographed and marketed online - and I must add that the photos they took are gorgeous!

We received excellent service from Knight and Rennie when they sold our home, we were always kept fully informed, given sound advice and nothing was too much trouble, making what can be a stressful process that little bit easier. Knight and Rennie also managed the letting on our property and again their service was second to none, communication between myself and all the staff was good, they dealt with every issue promptly and above all fairly. Having emigrated to north America, we asked Knight & Rennie to handle our UK house sale, whilst we were 4500 miles away and 7hrs behind GMT. From the point of the initial valuation (knowledge of the market was excellent), on to the early exchange of contracts and through to the sale completion, we knew Oliver, Andrew and the team were working on our behalf. We have recently returned to Knight and Rennie to sell our property due to relocation. Having used them to sell a previous property, we have been delighted once again with the outstanding service provided by the whole team.
We were delighted with the initial valuation from Oliver and once again thrilled with the quick turnaround and sale of our property.
What really sets K&N apart from other Estate Agents is their high level of integrity. Even if the message is a difficult one, it is delivered quickly and a solution put in place. Across the team we found everyone approachable, open and honest. Despite strong competition from other neighbouring properties, we sold within a couple of weeks and achieved within our valuation estimate which we were absolutely delighted with. We were kept informed of the sale progress and both Emma and Sophie worked tirelessly on the sale, generating viewings and proactively following through the sale to completion. This combination of skill and behaviour sets K&N apart from the rest of the Agents.
I cannot thank the whole team enough, particularly Sophie and Emma for all of their help and support. What is usually a stressful process was actually made pleasurable. Even before the house was on the market, Andrew and the team in the Leamington office worked very hard on our behalf, and kept us informed every step of the way. We were particularly impressed by the prompt and useful feedback after each viewing, and especially by the way the house was always left spotless, even after five viewings on a snowy day! After we had agreed a price with our buyers, Andrew continued to keep us informed of the progress of the sale, and we completed on the day we were expecting to. If we had listened to the other agents who came round to value our house we would have got significantly less than it was subsequently proven to be worth. They just didn’t get the house. Oliver understood immediately that we have a unique house in a unique location & confidently marketed the property accordingly. Andrews’s photographs & details captured the feel of our house perfectly. On the first day of viewing we received three good offers.
