I have just bought a house through Lovetts in Leamington Spa.
I rarely write reviews but I wanted to acknowledge that Jas Bagri and Ryan Kros were great. They went over and above with what was at times a difficult process with the vendor. Always positive and patient and very communicative.
I could not recommend them more highly!

Both my partner and I have recently purchased a house in the Leamington Spa area. We were looked after and guided through the sale by Jas Bagri (residential sales manager). We were very satisfied with the service we received. Jas was very respectful, reliable and is a great ambassador for Loveitts.
I would like to particularly highlight how approachable and reachable he was, always replying promptly to queries or questions. It made the whole process very easy.

We were very well looked after by Ryan and Jas. They were always quick to help, arranging extra viewings, dealing with our queries and courteous throughout the whole process. They maintained excellent communication throughout between us and the seller and this was very much appreciated.
Our only constructive comment is that the printed literature was scant. There were too few photographs of the rooms and some details were inaccurate.
Thank you so much to the team at Loveitts for your professional dealings with us. It made the process of buying our new home less stressful.

Absolute idiots in the lettings team. Book you in weeks ahead because they are incapable of doing a 10min viewing, hold zero information, and miss out repeatedly on houses they put on the market when we are ready to offer over asking. Terrible for landlords and people looking to rent one of their properties. Absolute shambles

I recommend Loveitts for their professionalism. They managed my house while I was away and have been helpful. Moreover they helped me go through the sale process of this house while I have been living abroad. Jas Bagri was my main contact. He has been very kind, helpful and available at any time over the phone/ email and text message. He is a good advisor showing a lot of empathy.
Now the sale is done and I am very pleased.

I chose Loveitts because when Jas Bagri came to view and discuss marketing the property I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and manner. I didn’t even consult another agent! Throughout the process he was diligent and helpful and particularly good at liaising between parties. On the odd occasion that Jas was not available his colleagues, particularly Ryan, were always aware of matters in hand and able to help. The sale was negotiated and managed well and I had confidence in Jas to deal with enquiries. I was so pleased that Jas more than justified my initial impression of him and did all that he promised in a calm and thorough manner, he is a lovely chap and the whole team work very well together.
