Awful company. Would advise anyone to stay away from them. Lie and just try to con more money out of you at every chance they get. A one day repair also lasted well over a month leaving me with holes in the roof and walls. Horrible attitude when confronted

Called in 3 times to arrange a viewing. Someone on the other line took down details for 5 minutes but have had no response ever. No emails, no call backs. They couldnt even confirm if they had the property on the market. I think they are outsourcing their call pickup service and so the person on the other line is clueless. Nonetheless a waste of time and very bad experience

Isell recently sold our house. We were in a large chain and they worked their socks off to organise the entire chain, when nobody else seemed bothered. We’ve used a few local agents now, these were the best by a mile.

Still trying to charge for admin fees eventhough its against the law.
Saying they give them back If you pass the credit check.
The most this cowboy company can charge is 1 weeks holding deposit.
Go to any other letting agent not this joke company.
