We bought a property through Choices and couldn't have had better service. We had Curtis assisting us and we were so pleased with how he dealt with our case. We also dealt with Nicola who was very helpful and ensured we were informed and updated throughout. I put my offer in which was accepted as chain free , on 27/10/21 I moved out of my property and on the 29/10/21 I got told that my seller had decided to get involved in a chain . 6 months later and not a lot of updates approximately every 5/6 weeks I withdrew my off as still not completed. I got thanked for my patience and told that it probably wouldn’t be completed until approx July as top of the chain is buying new build . My major concern is it got re advertised as CHAIN FREE , which it isn’t . Friendly staff but no moral or honesty .
It’s back up STC so I really hope this person is prepared to wait .

I would also like to mention Stefan as he looked after us from beginning to end and went out of his way on numerous occasions to help us. He even took some rubbish to the tip for us before completion because we couldn't get back to the house..

Very poor customer service would not recommend at all. Fine all time everything's going well but get a problem and they dont want to know. Dont return calls dont reply to emails they just totally lost interest. Very disappointed. Go elsewhere for your selling agent theres loads of others out there.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis when selling my house. Slightly strange property which had the refurbishment started but not quite finished so he had to sell the dream to potential buyers. Several viewings in and we finally got a sensible offer which Curtis negotiated prior to giving me the call as he knew the ball park figure I would be happy with knowing the full asking price probably wouldn’t be achievable from the start. Great service throughout and always kept in touch to give updates even if there’s wasn’t much to cover. Highly recommend!

We have just let a rented property through choices. They couldn’t of been more helpful for us to get the property. Now it has come for us to leave the property (5 months ago) they have done everything to delay paying back our deposit, making excuses, saying we haven’t paid certain payments - when asked for rent statements they then confirm actually we have paid upto date. Upon leaving they have decided to add on a cleaning bill of over £200 - I purposely spent a whole day cleaning everything from grout in the tiles to windows, ovens etc. They Are rude on the phone and just trying to use any excuse to not pay back the deposit. The staff here are very rude and only interested in renting new properties to help them earn commission, as soon as you move in they have absolutely no interest in trying to help you.
We would NEVER use choices again and would certainly not recommend this branch or company to anyone.

WORST AGENCY IN THE UK. I moved from my country with a signed contract to move into a house. When I arrived there, I couldn´t go into the house because of fire risk and I had to pay for an hotel myself for 11 days until they get me another home (lot more expensive than the one I had the contract with). After all this, they haven´t been helpfull at all with trouble caused at home. And they let your landlord go inside your house once and again without letting you know they´re going.
