Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

A big thank you to Helen for providing a first-class service. She was quick, efficient, and willing to go a little extra mile to help. A true indicator of great customer service is when someone makes the extra effort despite there being no financial reward for doing so. I will certainly be returning to Helen and the team the next time we need support in finding new tenants. Highly recommended.

I would advise landlords to be very cautious when dealing with this company and not to trust advertisements promising 12 months’ rent paid in advance.
They rented my property to an agency that placed three different families in the house. I was charged around £4,500 per year in management fees, yet they did not inspect the property even once during the year.
When the tenants left, the property was in a very poor condition, and I had to spend around £10,000 on repairs and refurbishment. After this, the company also sent me an invoice for approximately £11,000, claiming it was for unpaid rent owed by their tenants.
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

We meet Grant Brown and Nicola MacDonald
from Choices estate agents when looking for a property. Our search was in the Sanderstead, South Croydon, Purely and Caterham areas which there South Croydon branch covers. From our first contact with Grant he took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for and this ultimately led us to the lovely house we now own. We had been looking for a while with other agents and had started to feel like we were waisting our time. Grant then talked with us about a lady’s property that was just about to come off the market it sounded perfect for us! He managed to get us in for a viewing really quickly .
The house was just what we were looking for!
Grant and Nicola were very helpful and professional throughout the process. communication was excellent. Any issues answered quickly and throughly.

Big thanks to Nicola and Amy at Choices for all their help throughout the process. They were great from start to finish — always quick to reply, super helpful, and on top of everything.
They kept things moving, chased when needed, and made the whole experience much less stressful than it could have been. Really appreciated how responsive and proactive they both were.
Would happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Thanks again!
