I have recently sold my flat in South Croydon, thanks to the hard work and dedication of Choices. Nicola Macdonald and Grant Brown stood out as extremely efficient, professional estate agents who kept me informed at all stages of the process and who were always on hand to answer any queries I might have. Nicola and Grant at Choices were brilliant at handling the sale of my flat. They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

I want to give a massive thanks to Nicola MacDonald who managed the sale of my property. Cannot recommend highly enough. Given I live abroad, she helped massively in chasing up the buyer parties and the management company for my property. She acted with a great deal of diligence, scrutinising all the correspondence, ensuring actions and dates were promptly followed up. She kept my conveyancing team on their toes, holding them to account every time they dropped the ball (which they did a lot!).<br><br>If it wasn't for her efforts, I daresay I'd still be waiting to complete the sale of my house. She made sure I was kept in the loop all the way, keep me updated with how things were tracking with the buyer and what I needed to provide. Honestly think she did most of the work that my conveyancers should have done.<br><br>If you need a property sold and require someone who will work tirelessly and diligently and treat you with care and respect, then you will not regret engaging and hiring Nicola to be your sales manager. While this sounds like hyperbole, it's not - There's not enough stars available on this review to do her expertise and work justice.

Nicola McDonald, of Choices Estate Agents Croydon, found a purchaser quickly. Once the sale was agreed, Nicola followed up with the solicitors, the purchaser and me to keep the sale on track. The service provided was excellent.
