As a buyer, I was very disappointed with Mansell McTaggart Horley.
I put an offer of £350k on a property, and without reason the property was sold to another buyer.
Rightmove showed that the property eventually sold for £15,000 LESS than my offer.
I believe the agent was in a rush to reach completion and collect on their commission. I doubt the seller was ever made aware of my offer. The result is that the Seller was short changed, and did not get the full market value.
I subsequently purchased another home (via another agent) on the same street a few months later.

Although I dealt mainly with Sam, who was constantly professional, helpful, always ready to answer questions and nothing was too much trouble, with constant updates, involving a move that has not been the smoothest for myself. In fact, I would say over and above in some instances.
Whole team were excellent in communication and customer care when Sam wasn't available. They not only clearly care about, and listen to their customers but also communicate between themselves.

Slow, incompetent and uninformed of what is going on.
Agreed viewing on a property with Tom George, doesn't show up, uncontactable and even their office doesn’t know where he is?! Told to knock on the door after waiting for 15 minutes as the vendor will show us around no one home. Re-arranged a viewing and now the property is gone.

Despite having 3 different buyers due to the 1st two buyers being complete time wasters and it being a very long drawn out sale, neither issue I might point out was NOT Mansell McTaggart’s fault, I would strongly recommend Mansell McTaggert to be your estate agent of choice. Daniella was professional, so so hardworking and immensely likeable (yes, even for an estate agent!! ) By far the best on price and service. You will not be disappointed with them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Andrew and the team were professional throughout and whilst no transaction is painless, they did their best to get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Certainly the best estate agent experience I've ever had.
