I want to give a massive thanks to Nicola MacDonald who managed the sale of my property. Cannot recommend highly enough. Given I live abroad, she helped massively in chasing up the buyer parties and the management company for my property. She acted with a great deal of diligence, scrutinising all the correspondence, ensuring actions and dates were promptly followed up. She kept my conveyancing team on their toes, holding them to account every time they dropped the ball (which they did a lot!).<br><br>If it wasn't for her efforts, I daresay I'd still be waiting to complete the sale of my house. She made sure I was kept in the loop all the way, keep me updated with how things were tracking with the buyer and what I needed to provide. Honestly think she did most of the work that my conveyancers should have done.<br><br>If you need a property sold and require someone who will work tirelessly and diligently and treat you with care and respect, then you will not regret engaging and hiring Nicola to be your sales manager. While this sounds like hyperbole, it's not - There's not enough stars available on this review to do her expertise and work justice.

Nicola McDonald, of Choices Estate Agents Croydon, found a purchaser quickly. Once the sale was agreed, Nicola followed up with the solicitors, the purchaser and me to keep the sale on track. The service provided was excellent.

Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

A big thank you to Helen for providing a first-class service. She was quick, efficient, and willing to go a little extra mile to help. A true indicator of great customer service is when someone makes the extra effort despite there being no financial reward for doing so. I will certainly be returning to Helen and the team the next time we need support in finding new tenants. Highly recommended.
