Having dealt with various estate agents over the years I felt it only correct to leave a review after my most recent experience. The team at Connells Horley clearly demonstrated the difference between those cheap agencies that employ under experienced "negotiators" and a real and established company that employ experienced industry professionals
that really understand how to keep a chain together.. this has never been as important as in these unprecedented and uncertain times. I would highly recommend Mr Wiggins and his team if you are serious about both selling and completing without any undue hassle. Its easy to buy cheap but you'll inevitably buy twice.

After speaking to several estate agents in Horley, Harry at Connells was by far the best. Harry and the team were able to answer any questions I asked and helped me through the buying process. I will definitely be using Connells in Horley in the future.

An Amazing Team with great customer service skills! Connells in Horley offered me an excellent service. The negotiator Harry who showed me the property was dressed smartly, prompt, polite professional and extremely helpful. Any questions I asked if he didn't know he endeavoured to find out for me and he was always prompt in answering. The new Manager John and also Steve in branch were also extremely professional and helpful. All the team's customer service skills were exceptional and I cant thank them enough for their great service, support and advice.

We were trying to find our dream house, and we had tried with different agencies. Connells Horley was the best, they were working hard with us trying to find it, showing us different options. They were in communication with us all the time specially when we had a question or a request. Every time we were wanting to see a property, they were there ready for us really quickly. They were keeping their promises, for example if they said we will call you in one hour they did it. They helped us all the time and they made the process and negociations fast, simple and easy. We highly recommend them.

Immediately after swapping to a different agent, Connells took an enquiry from a potential buyer and informed them that my house was sold - even though it was still on the market.
Despite assurances re wearing PPE, this was not always worn (this was very important as we are key workers) and viewing were unannounced at times, with no alerts.

A very dishonest estate agent. I rented a property of them in 2019, my contract was due to begin on the 1st of June. I got a call from an agent of their asking me (pushing me) to start the contract on the 29th May instead, I accepted as I didn't think much of it. Fast forward three month and I find out the government introduced the legislation removing the agent's fees on the 1st of June 2019 which would have exempted me but I literally got tricked to sign earlier so that I would pay the £450. I do not recommend them one bit.

We bought our new home with Connells. A very friendly bunch - especially Ollie who was honest, professional and always a pleasure to deal with. When we wanted to visit the property multiple times before completion for measurements, builder quotes etc. it was never a problem and when we had a delay with the solicitor they were quick to look into the problem and chase it up. I would recommend as a buyer.

These "professionals" arranged an appointment with me.

Rang me before to confirm. I told them I was there 20 mins early in order to see what the area was like and told them to come down at any point. I got a confused response as though I was strange for wanting to be early.

They were late.

I left.

CANNOT KEEP A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT.

Then they blamed traffic - they live in Ashford and KNOW that the roads are nightmares in Ashford, and thus leave early for every appointment to take this into account. Thus they are poor at understanding the very area they rent in.

Then I wrote with my disappointment about this. And their SENIOR manager couldnt even get my name correctly despite having it written down for him in my emails....

Thus cannot READ.

So they cant keep appointments and cannot and do not care enough to even give you the respect of getting your name correct.

HIGHLY HIGHLY unprofessional just like 7 other letting agents in Ashford.
