The team were helpful and on hand via phone and email for all of my questions and made my experience seamless with prompt responses. I honestly couldn’t recommend Ollie and the rest of his team enough. Myself and my partner were first time buyers and Ollie was absolutely incredible throughout our whole process, keeping us updated with what was going on and chasing our solicitors when things were taking longer than necessary. I have just instructed Connells Horley after a visit from Ollie this evening. I had zero intention of signing up prior to his arrival, this is no reflection on him, the team or company but I would usually take more time to think before making a decision. However, Ollie was like no agent I have come across before, his attention to detail, honesty and clear integrity was a breath of fresh air. His enthusiasm is infectious and his apparent work ethic above and beyond. Yes you can argue that this maybe a slight impromptu review but having seen a number of agents over the years, I was extremely impressed and for me first impressions are those that last. Regardless of outcome, I can not recommend Ollie enough and if your looking to sell give him a nudge, you won't be disappointed. Ollie we look forward to working with you and your team!! I found Ollie and the staff in Connells in Horley very helpful and efficient. We had a bumpy start to the sale of my mothers house but after Ollie took over as manager things really looked up. The house was re marketed and we had a lot of offers and the staff kept on top of everything. Great service by a great team.
