We sold our house through Andrews Horley. Nancy, Steve and Tia organised and conducted the viewings. They always communicated with us to ensure it wasn't inconvenient. We received text messages with confirmation and reminders. They were enthusiastic and helpful throughout the whole process. Nancy was very proactive with chasing the solicitors and monitoring progress of our sale. She checked regularly on our purchase to ensure everything was progressing too. She was in regular contact with our buyers to let them know what was happening. Conor in Reigate also liaised with the solicitors while Nancy was away and he helped to keep things moving towards the end when solicitors were dragging their heels. From start to finish the Horley branch showed great customer support.

I have been renting properties for about 20 years. I have always used Andrews for the properties I rent in Horley and have always been pleased with the service. Recently, I had 2 properties come up for rent at the same time and it was quite difficult for me as at the time I was out of the country. We have been in the process of renting a property in the area served by this branch. We have had the misfortune of dealing with someone called Stephen Edwards. I use the term ‘dealing with’ lightly - as it was extremely one sided. My trying for hours to get through to the branch, leaving numerous messages and hearing nothing. This went on for a week! Now this was after we had made a full asking price offer to rent for 12 months and agreed to pay 12 months rent up front. One might have thought any letting agent would have wanted our business but it appeared not Andrews. We also dealt with at least 6 other agencies in the area, all of whom were polite and professional. The automated message on Andrews’ phone would seem to imply they were the only ones dealing with Covid 19. Actually they weren’t, surprise surprise. The others managed to take calls, and even to return messages. In retrospect I am very glad we were forced to go elsewhere - I could just imagine if we had rented through them and had a problem with the property! I would seriously recommend that this agency be avoided like the plague. Arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism doesn’t even begin to describe it. I would give them zero stars if it were an option

My experience of the Lettings Agents at Andrews in Horley is that the staff lack morals - they have little sense of what is right and what is wrong. They are satisfied to repeat unsubstantiated lies and untruths, yet cannot bring themselves to apologise for any hurt which may be caused by doing so. When I sought assistance regarding the behaviour of Andrews' tenants next door, my experience was humiliating. The response of the Lettings Agents at Andrews in Horley has been unethical. The letters which they have sent have been inflammatory - being threatening in tone and containing absurd accusations which are without foundation. My impression is that the staff have no knowledge of the Terms and Conditions pertaining to Standards of Behaviour within the Tenants' Contract. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Like Kely G says where should I start. Please do avoid this agency at all costs. They are crooks and the worst type. They will trap you in believing that they are doing they best and they're not. The only thing they are doing is looking at ways to trap you and your money. just very recently followed all the process to rent a house and did everything possible to run smoothly. To cut the story short I don't have the house we wanted and they are refusing to pay all our refund money £3837.50. well where do i start, do not deal with the letting manager Alisa Goodhew she is a pile of crap. she lies to you denies anything she has said to you and says she is going to help you and she does the complete opposite. we ended up going to court because of her.<br>please avoid a long long winded battle sooooo not worth it.
