26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Overcharged me commission and vat on what they had valued my property at and not what they had sold it at Plus charged me for money laundering checks which I had already paid solicitor... I did not agree this. I have never heard of any one paying commission and vat on what the house is valued at if they sell it at a lower price you should pay commission and vat on what it is sold out... Have called several times to speak to branch manager he is always in a meeting.. Jack has not had decency to call me or reply to my emails... One very unhappy customer who is out of pocket

The photographs, 3D tour and write up were great they secured us an offer in a quick time frame. Such a friendly and positive team to communicate with. They were easily contactable and quick to get back to us if we missed each other. Sarah was amazing throughout the sale process.
