From beginning to the end the whole experience was excellent. I felt that they totally cared and worked hard to make the whole process easy, which can otherwise be stressful at times, They do so much from the very beginning by representing your property so well and paying attention to important details when they present it to a potential buyer and meeting them for a tour of the property. And once you have the right buyer and have your offer in place, they do not disappear into the background. We had become fed up and disillusioned with estate agents having had our house on and off the market before covid. Nothing was happening and it was very frustrating. When you have your house on the market for a while all the other estate agents write to you to tell you how much better they’d do, but all the letters were dull and grey apart from Clifford Saunt’s which stood out as proper marketing and we agreed to meet Kirsty on the back of it. Our house was a bit different to others and Kirsty was a breath of fresh air. She recognised the houses unique selling points and immediately honed in on them and how she would approach the sale. As soon as we met her we just knew that we’d made the right decision and appointed her to act for us with fantastic results. The difference between Clifford Saunt and other agencies is that they are marketers of properties and not estate agents. Kirsty’s marketing of the house produced instant results and we sold within three days of going to market having been on and off the market for 4 years!
