Using Thompsons Estate Agency has been a 100% positive and pleasant experience. Their approach is unique, enviable and does not mirror the models of many other agents. Throughout our sale, Abi was supportive, taking a lot of pressure onto herself to smooth and expedite the process as much as possible. Abi is very personable, nothing was too much trouble. She works tirelessly in the background with tenacity to make sales happen. She happily went above and beyond, going out of her in a friendly and approachable manner. Her patience and interaction with all parties was invaluable and commendable. She clearly understands the Estate Agent business and has the natural ability to combine her knowledge with a common sense approach whilst considering the needs and wants of clients.

I had been trying to sell my house for some time before changing to Thompson's Estate Agents. As soon as I changed i received much more interest in my house and lots more viewings.
Due to Abi's hard work and dedication i recieved a number of offers. Unfortunately one of them which i accepted fell through after several months of progress. This was due to the buyer pulling out due to their own circumstances changing. I did however received another offer soon afterwards and this buyer completed in record time and I have now sold my house.
If it wasn't for Abi's happy, sincere, positive attitude i think I would still be trying to sell my house now!
As they have now sold my mums house and my house, I couldn't recommend this Estate Agents highly enough.

If you're buying or selling your house you can't get better service than Thompson Estate Agents. I recently sold a house through them and Abigale was exceptional. It's rare to find someone these days who truly cares about what they do - it's not just a job to her.

Abi was an absolute star at helping us get our house sold at what was a very difficult time for us.
She had viewed the house a year prior when we had first thought of selling it and was not pushy or overbearing as many other agents were when we decided to leave it for a while.
When we did decide to sell she was amazing, very thorough, informative, helpful and accomodating to us in ways that again other agents were not.
She managed to arrange all the viewings and hold them around our schedule and we had multiple offers within the next working day. The first sale ultimately fell through as the buyer's chain collapsed with the whole Liz Truss disaster ???? But she straight away had it relisted and sold within only a few days. It was absolutely amazing. She was fantastic at chasing up solicitors and the buyer(s) and kept us posted every step of the way.
We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent and fed up with the low quality service of the bigger agencies!

Her local knowledge is second to none meaning the property was listed at the correct price, she posted on social media to increase interest, handled all the viewings and provided any feedback immediately. Abi was always contactable and acted as a conduit between us and the purchasers throughout to ensure that the sale progressed quickly. I cannot recommend Abigail Thompson highly enough. We entrusted the sale of our late mother’s house in Timperley too her, and nothing was too much trouble. We live hundreds of miles away and Abigail was happy to act as keyholder and arrange all those things which are difficult to manage remotely: finding someone to clear the attic, booking skips, selling and donating some items locally, taking meter readings, etc., as well as finding lots of prospective purchasers and managing the sale very successfully.

Any one looking for an estate agent, this is the one for you! Abi has been excellent from start to finish. In our first meeting, she came to the house and talked us through everything and advised us on our best options. She was so knowledgeable and made us feel at ease straight away. Abi dealt with everything from taking pictures, dealing with potential buyers and viewing. We put the house on at the top price and Abi was able to get the price we wanted. She is not afraid to have difficult conversations with potential buyers and was so quick and efficient in selling the property. It sold within a week of being on the market. From then on Abi was on hand to answer any questions about the process, chase up the buyers and even the solicitors. The service was so personal and Abi is such a super star. I had so many questions about the process as I had never sold a property before and her experience, skill and knowledge allowed me to feel like I was in control through out the whole process. Abi was available on text at all times and I was grateful for the service she gave. Moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things people can do, and at no part of the process was I stressed out. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Like I said... I went to Thompsons Estate agents firstly on their competitive rates. The service was outstanding.
My agent Abigail explained everything through and rang me the day after viewings with feedback good or bad. Really helped me to sell the house quickly, The use of Whatsapp was really good as I often get stuck in work and a quick text works perfect. Promt in coming back to me as I have has some experience with other estate agents who wont even answer the phone.
I will not hesitate to Use Thompsons for my next sale.

I feel really lucky that I found a property that Abi was selling as she's been amazing. From the start her email updates that certain properties of interest had come on the market meant you got to see it before it was gone. On meeting Abi at the property she was so informative and positive I made an offer there an then. She kept in touch regularly via WhatsApp which kept me in the loop and she chased up the solicitors for me when I couldn;t get through. We completed in 3 months which was excellent considering all the covid restrictions. I highly recommend Abi to help you sell or buy a property, she gives 100% !

Couldn't recommend Thompsons Estate Agents and Abi highly enough. Supportive, exceptionally knowledgeable and very supportive. From the very beginning Abi made us feel at ease and we knew she was the right estate agent for us. Our property was valued and advertised in the space of a few days.
