Recently sold my west end flat through this branch of SH&H. Really impressed with how smooth and fast the whole process went. The flat was advertised within a week and sold within two and since I work away I was really happy to let the team manage the whole process and keep me informed. I am really pleased with the service which I received from Slater Hogg in the lettings team.

If you are lucky enough to be with Victoria as your property manager as me, you will understand the difference. She is very professional, understanding, great listener to my issues and she comes back to me always when she promises to do.

Victoria was always very attentive and very pro-active. She took the time with me to understand my priorities and needs. She managed to match the property with a great tenant after only one day.

This was new to us and I don’t know if they are good or bad .How much is the market and how much is the estate agent . Certainly we have had much more communication from our current estate agent.We are glad we moved to another estate agent .
They did not sell our home, we still had expenses to pay .We were sent the wrong bill total .We are still waiting on a receipt for the payment .A request for a receipt of payment was made and we were advised “bank statement is receipt”
I wouldn’t recommend this company .

What can I say a fantastic team nothing is a problem they all work together from the first visit to the house, and us actually deciding to use Slater Hogg etc. as our estate agents very professional, house sold within 9 days on market.
