Unprofessional behaviour. Paid £495 for a credit check that was never performed as the landlord did not accept the terms Comfy Homes had agreed with me. Comfy Homes promised to return the money but never do. Now they don’t answer calls or respond to emails. I’ve checked with all the registered trade bodies and the Redress schemes and they don’t appear to be registered with any of them - even thought the latter is a legal requirement. I’ve asked them to provide me with the information but get no response as usual. Beware!!!!!... Read more
