We chose ginger estate agents from a recommendation and are so glad we did. Carl and his team did an amazing job selling our house, we were impressed with all the marketing, especially the photographs, and made the entire selling process as easy as possible. What was really impressive was how Carl took the time to understand our situation right from the start and that he throughly explained to us who ginger are, how they work and gave an introduction to each team member at the company - you can tell he genuinely wants to help and has a passion for the job. Some other estate agents we saw just gave us a standard selling pitch and seemed so uninterested, unlike Carl. We'll definitely be instructing ginger again whenever we move next. Alan & Jayne asked Ginger to sell our house in mid 2022. We sold within a few weeks but had trouble finding our next house and the chain fell through (no fault of Ginger). This slowed down the whole process and we eventually re-sold and moved in early 2023. Our positive experience with Ginger was in stark contrast with the agent we dealt with on the purchase. They do a proper job of tracking, chasing and managing the progression of the sale. They also use social media effectively and we're happy to touch base on a weekly basis to keep us informed. I didn't have a lot of positive to say about estate agents until this experience. Thoroughly recommended.... Read more

I’ve just brought my first home, from the start to end Ginger Shirley made things so easy. Highly recommend them, absolutely brilliant. They are by far the best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. They kept me informed each step of the process. A big thank you to Damian, he went over and beyond helping me with all my enquires. I had a few issues with my solicitor, Damian and Carl supported me throughout the whole process. It was great that I had their support as it made things so much easier. Loved the online booking timeslots, was confirm straight away so I knew I had my booking. From the first viewing Damian put me at ease. Didn’t rush me around, encouraged me to have a good look around the property. After offer was accepted, Damian let me view the property again so I could measure the walls so I could start making plans for after completion. At one point when we didn't think completion was going to happen for the desired date. I had deliveries booked, (bed and sofa) Damian was going to meet me so I could get my deliveries into my house, if we hadn't had completion, he kept me calm, I knew I could count on him to help, honestly what phenomenal service. I can't thank you enough Damian. I am truly grateful for all your help and support. A big thank you to Carl for all the chasing you did for me, I know it wasn't easy at times. I am so grateful for all that you did. Ginger, Shirley estate agents are truly a fantastic team. If you wanna buy a home, buy from them. They went over and beyond time and time again. This shop is out of the way of the other charity shops in Shirley. They have a great selection of things and at good prices. You will end up buying something and you know that all the money goes to the RSPCA.... Read more
