Very rubbish service,made an offer for the shop in the chesterfield,Patrick way and never had the response that the offer has been rejected by the landlord,when rang again they told me that the offer has been rejected and then I change my offer and still haven’t heard anything. This company doesn’t even deserve 1 star, we let them manage our property a few years ago, we now have been left with 2 of the tenants leaving who are totally unhappy with the overpriced charges and the rental which should have been passed onto the landlords is non existent so not only have the tenants left but the landlords have no rent so making the property unviable and up for sale. CPP have ripped of both the landlords and the tenants BEWARE if you use this company I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND them... Read more

Worked for this company... they haven’t paid me. Did my work in which I didn’t even have a break, filled in my timesheet in and still not been paid. Phoned the agency about the matter and no response. Don’t work/use CPP or Kalcrest for employment or business. Disgraceful... leaving a family without money when I’ve don’t the work!... Read more
