The service I was given from Marc and Josh over at Cox & Co was exemplary.
Professional, efficient, responsive, effective, friendly, informative and just so so lovely.
We sold within around 3 weeks.
Then completed very shortly after this.
If you are looking for competent professionals that go above and beyond (I am looking at you here Marc when you kindly drove all the way out to my flat to open her up as I had forgotten my keys and I had removal men waiting outside to get rid of my fridge, but we couldn't get in!) look no further.
I couldn't recommend them enough - thank you Marc and Josh!

Cox & Co have been absolutely brilliant during the sale of my flat. I can't recommend them highly enough. The sale of my flat was super easy (sold on the first viewing!), getting me my asking price straight away. We've been waiting for 6 months due to delays with the place we're moving to, and Josh has been brilliant at keeping my buyer happy, keeping on top of solicitors for me (a feat in itself!) and always checking in regularly to make sure everyone is happy and things are progressing. Marc and Josh have always been on hand with help and advice on other properties we were considering (even with other agencies) and gave honest opinions which were absolutely invaluable. Sarah who does the weekend viewings was also lovely and treated my home and others we saw with respect.
These guys are nothing like other estate agents, who are in my experience generally terrible, slow and icky. Cox & co go above and beyond at every point. They're worth every penny and I would recommend them to anyone. Absolute babes!

Marc and Josh took my brother and I through the sale of a house.
Genuinely could not fault them. Nothing was too much trouble, they really streamlined the process for us and went above and beyond what was required in order to help us out as we were working up north and unable to get the the property.
Very personable and professional from start to finish, they talked us through the entire process and their marketing ideas etc and everything went smoothly.
Brilliant communication throughout, they kept us in the loop with viewings etc and then when it came to the sale they ensured communication between the buyer solicitors and our solicitors was timely and all information was passed to all parties involved.
10/10 all round. I would 100% use them again if the need arises.

From viewing to exchange in just 25 days! Marc and Josh at Cox & Co really stepped up when our first sale fell through due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Our hosue had to go back on the market and we were desperate not to lose the house we had agreed to buy. We had plenty of interest but the key thing was to be able to choose the right buyer this time as we had no room for errors. Marc checked out the interested parties and was able to advise us to go with a purchaser who had already exchanged on the sale of their current home. This made them very motivated buyers of our house. Solictors were instructed 2 days after the viewing and with careful but persitent chasing the deal exchanged 23 days after solictors were instructed. Brilliant job guys!

When we put our house on the market, the most believable appraisal of the prevailing market was given by Marc Cox. Despite challenging times ,when Josh took over the sale ,he sold the house very quickly. Having sought valuations from a number of agents, the thing that stuck in my mind was Marc (Cox) telling me "it was his name above the door" and right then I knew he would give his all into getting the property sold.
True to his word, the property went online promptly, and was sold within 2 weeks. Throughout the whole process Marc, and his colleagues, were easily accessible, always quick to answer the phone, or reply to an email and the communication throughout was impeccable.

Mac has always been there to answer any questions we had, and support us in every way possible. Going above and beyond our expectations and previous experiences of working with estate agents.

Cox and Co are hands down the best estate agent I’ve ever worked with! We had an unlucky run with selling our house and it ended up taking 2 years until we finally completed and moved. Through no fault of our own, our house or Cox and Co, various events caused us to have 4 different buyers and a chain that fell apart on one house we were buying. I can’t fault Marc and Russell’s professionalism, positive attitude, support and dedicated hard work to help our family move house. Their continued upbeat attitude and humour made the whole experience possible and we didn’t give up on our vision of moving largely due to the ease of working with such a brilliant estate agent. Russell stood out from the rest as someone we could really trust. He's friendly, straight talking and honest and really really good at his job! I was dealing with Russell from the moment I enquired the property that I would like to buy in Worthing. He was very professional and helpful. In fact He was much more involved and helpful than my own estate agent! He provided me with updates on the progress of my purchase and gave me some advice on what needed to be done to speed up the process even on the selling part of my property. He also provided some useful information on what’s involved in selling and purchasing of the property including how long each process usually takes. He did beyond what I expected him to do. Marc and Russell guided us through the process and at a time when we thought the sale may not proceed they managed all parties involved to ensure that expectations were understood and kept everyone in the chain updated at all times and without this extra effort it is highly likely the chain would have collapsed.

Russell was really helpful and explained the property that I wanted to buy really thoroughly. He was honest and nothing was too much trouble. Any information that I needed later he also went back to the Owners and found all the answers to my questions. Communication was excellent throughout and really efficient. Marc and Russell are exceptional consultants both of whom clearly possess many successful years of experience in their field. From our first meeting with Marc he was outstanding, understanding our situation and advising us on the best way to sell a property. Russell took the time to get under the skin of our property, to learn about our community and how to appeal for prospective buyers.
On the day of exchange our buyers demanded a huge amount of money off of our beautiful home and we felt completely and utterly ambushed, but Marc reassured us and guided us through the process ensuring we came to a close allowing the chain to remain in place and for us to exchange a week later.
Marc also took the time to advise us on our purchase which he didn’t need to do, yet he answered some complex questions for us. We always felt he was invested in the full ecosystem of our move from end to end. We could not hold Cox & Co in any higher regard, if you are selling your home these chaps will not only sell it for you, but they will support and enable a smooth process throughout.

Marc sold our flat. He uses interesting metrics to gauge the marketing and found two potential buyers and Marc drew a higher offer from the eventual buyer. This became a sale at the height of the Covid crisis but Marc stood tall when they made an 11th hour reduced offer. The property was exchanged and completed within 10 days of this refusal. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
