I recently had my home valued by Josh.
Josh’s professionalism and expertise of the current housing market was first class. He clearly demonstrated an excellent knowledge of the area and how the prices are impacted in this current climate, he really has gone the extra mile for me and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I highly recommend Josh and the team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home.

Josh at Cox & Co has been amazing with my house purchase. It's been a particularly stressful time with a number of complications but Josh has always been there to help sort things out and create calm when everything happening around was complete chaos!
He's really gone above and beyond and is extremely reliable. If I've ever left a message when he's not been in the office he always calls back swiftly and is super-speedy with help and answers.
I cannot recommend Cox & Co enough, especially Josh! 10 out of 10 from me (even though Google only allows 5 stars!).

As a seller who was selling the family home to pay for my Mother's residential care home fees, I really couldn't have chosen a more understanding, patient and professional agent.
It's been an emotional roller-coaster to say the least!
However Marc Cox (and especially Josh Pennicot, who personally handled my sale) have been fantastic.
I would certainly recommend Cox & Co to anyone.
Also their knowledge of the local area is excellent.

From viewing to exchange in just 25 days! Marc and Josh at Cox & Co really stepped up when our first sale fell through due to circumstances beyond anyone's control. Our hosue had to go back on the market and we were desperate not to lose the house we had agreed to buy. We had plenty of interest but the key thing was to be able to choose the right buyer this time as we had no room for errors. Marc checked out the interested parties and was able to advise us to go with a purchaser who had already exchanged on the sale of their current home. This made them very motivated buyers of our house. Solictors were instructed 2 days after the viewing and with careful but persitent chasing the deal exchanged 23 days after solictors were instructed. Brilliant job guys!

We sold my father's property with Cox & Co, from the start they ( Marc & Josh) were perfect guiding & advising at every stage. From each step of the sale they were faultless with their communication (via email & telephone calls), it's very rare these days to experience this level of customer service.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending Cox & Co......great advice throughout, easy to talk to, professional estate agents who know their customers requirements. Five star!!!!!
