I recently bought my house through Dean and Co. I had been looking to buy in the area for several months and had very specific requirements so it wasn't an easy move. Adam was extremely helpful in alerting me to properties that he thought might work but also in giving honest and straightforward advice. Thanks also to Liz for sympathetically showing me round a number of properties.There was never any hard sell and I felt Dean and Co were more realistic about pricing than many of the others I viewed with - a consequence of thorough knowledge of the local area and basic business integrity. So I was delighted when I finally found somewhere I wanted to buy and it was listed with them. The buying process and associated chain weren't straightforward and I had second thoughts at one stage. Adam's skilful and professional management saved the day. A big thank you to the team from me. Without doubt, they are best estate agent I have ever bought or sold through.

We used Dean and Co as they are the local firm to the area and know the market in that area well. Adam was always helpful and knowledgeable and communication was always very good. The sale went through and was quite difficult, but again Adam sorted everything and kept us going! Would be very happy to recommend Dean and Co to anybody wishing to buy/sell a property in Hove. I would like to take the time and leave a review for Dean&co Les, Adam and all the team they have been amazing.
After dealing with three different state agent's trying to Sale my flat and purchasing a house for 5 months I have to say it was difficult. And the previous state agent's didn't help either, non professional having young staff with no experience and change them every week, I didn't know who I was dealing with, and no caring at all, it was time for me change.
That's when I came a cross Dean&co and decided to contact them, I wish I did that at beginning.
I had the pleasure to meet with Les and Adam and they were amazing, and you can tell straight away the difference from them to other State agent's I dealt with.
You can tell straight away they know what they doing, they confident and professional and easy to talk and deal with, and above all THEY actually CARE
Non like the others just spending another day at the office, another day at work.
As the house prices dropped I did manage to keep the Flat and buying the house, and Rented the Flat with Dean&co it took them one week to rent the flat out for me.
Overall very happy with Dean&co and all the team thank you to Les and his team they made it very easy for me, they been great throughout the process.
Definitely would recommend Dean&co to all friends and family and to anyone
Don't waste your time going with someone else, as I did at the beginning, this guys actually know what they are doing.
