If you are looking to rent a property I would highly recommend giving this estate agents a wide birth in all the years I have been renting this is the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to use.if you have any problems with your property that need sorting out they ignore emails don't return phone calls and when you do get some one to fix the problems they are of no use either. cheap labour I think so please be careful... Great agency, Alice and Loyd were always available to discuss any issues I had. When something went wrong, it was fixed immediately. When my exchange happened before my tenancy agreement ended, they went out of their way to get a new tenant in place to take over my obligations. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
